Single beds are not comfortable

The hotel is old and run down. The hallway carpets are filthy and the bathroom had mold. The drain in the shower did not work. The car was parked in the garage during a rainstorm and the garage was flooded. The room key did not work every single time we left and came back.

Not much to offer but it was fine for a short stay.

Everything was clean, in place and staff was friendly.

The air conditioner did not work very well during the night, but the overall stay was pretty good.

we stayed 1 night in Belo for the world cup. They jacked up the price by 200% which is expected (i guess) but that didnt change their attitude. The hotel manager, in particular was extremely obnoxious and didnt help at all. Upon arrival, i needed to break a 100 Reas note to pay the cab driver and she refused to give change. I asked to purchase something and yet again she said no. Her assistant looked at the registrar and almost pulled out some cash but she told him something in portuguese and he stopped. Second was late check-out, we asked if we could get 1 hour extra - to which she also blindly said no. we also got a room with No window - it was clearly refitted to be a room just for the world-cup - we could still smell the paint

This is a brand new, very nice, very clean hotel, located in a pretty nice, residential area. It is also very near the nice Lagoa Pampulha, which has a nice park and bike trail around it. There are not many restaurants in the area yet, but the BEST one nearby is Pampulha Grill. The hotel is clean, spotless, and the rooms, while typically small, are very adequate. Staff is extremely cordial and very responsive. The included breakfast is super! The hotel is not centrally located in the city but it is very close to Minerao stadium and so is in a great location for anyone going to a game there.

Muito bom o hotel, tivemos alguns imprevistos, mas conseguimos resolver de forma satisfatória

Bem localizado, confortável, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários atenciosos, local limpo. A única questão é que nao ha vagas para todos os quartos. Pode ser que o carro precise ficar na rua.

Ponto forte do hotel é a localização e o café da manhã. Os quartos precisam de manutenção e troca de colchões. Fiquei 2 noites. Me atendeu bem, mas achei que pode melhorar com pintura dia quartos, toca das cortinas e colchões

Decepcionou o fato de terem várias vagas e não queriam ceder 1 só vaga, sendo que locamos 3 quartos. Os pedidos feitos no quarto também não eram atendidos.

Decepcionada com a questão do estacionamento que tem, porém não nos deixava estacionar, mesmo tendo alugado 3 quartos. Cobertores de péssima qualidade e atendimento de pedido no quarto também deixou a desejar

Colchões muito velhos amanheci com o corpo todo doendo, toalhas muito velhas e desgastadas, café da manhã bem , enfim o hotel precisa de uma repaginada não condiz conquistar na propaganda
