Beautiful hotel and great location, the hotel was being refurbished but that didn’t disturb our stay at all

The hotel staff are very hospitable and the location is perfect. It’s just around the corner from stephansplats, the center of town. Breakfast buffet was great.

I stayed three nights in Vienna, visiting the opera and a couple of the art galleries. This is a very nice hotel located in the historic centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a magnificent old hotel with lots of character. The breakfast is very good and coffees are available in the lobby. The parking is about a 7 minute walk away and you cannot stop in front of hotel to unload luggage. It is in the middle of the tourist area so easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions.

I looked a single room super last minute not expecting much. Room was small, but had everything I needed and a chandelier to boot. All the super luxury shopping was super close (1 block to the LV, Chanel, Hermes stores). I haven’t had an actual key in awhile and was scared to lose it. I left it at the front desk and they kept it, so, I didn’t have to worry about it as I traveled around the city. The breakfast included was nice and just what I needed to start my days. Friendly staff.

Location, location, location! Pillows were perfect and the room very clean. The front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were incredibly friendly. This is an old pensione with no air conditioning, but wonderful!

The room was not special, the breakfast is pretty good. The local is out of control excellent, right in the center of the main tourist attractions.

This is a great old property with creaky floors and small doors. But I loved the experience. The room was clean and airy, the staff is nice and helpful. The location was perfect. Close to the chaos but just far enough from it to be peaceful in our room. I would recommend if you don’t require a new perfectly renovated hotel.

The room did not had Aircondition, when the window was open, it was very noisy from the street. The booking I made through hotels.com and I am a gold member , asked for late check out which was not a problem For 100 euro which I gave up knowing that it should be a benefit and charged. The good thing is the great location.great

No air conditioning, bathroom very small and hard to maneuver, difficult to get to the room when managing suitcases. Good location, buffet staff was great,as was the reception staff.
