Nice and comfortable hotel stay in Sibu city center

The room is great and clean; however, the parking was limited. The staff was helpful to help me, and the food is very delicious 😋. The hotel is also connected to the mall on level 1. The swimming pool is also available to use.

Staff friendly at check in and the housekeeping department was quick to replenish body soap n shampoo. AFI - buffet breakfast juice was diluted with water n quality of food wasn’t great . Sambal of nasi lemak was great

Good location, near Sanyan Mall. There are many food shops nearby. Helpful is helpful and friendly. The room is very clean and good size.

Room is clean, location of the hotel is right in the Sibu city, but the first impression of the hotel looks bad, partly because of their car basement have no lift and looks rundown.

This only my 2nd or 3rd visit to this hotel. This is one of the best hotel in Sibu. Mostly like this hotel due to cleanliness, services and location. Surrounding with mall, hawker centre, fast food and convenience store.

Rooms are too expensive and breakfast is not good. Other hotels at half price and better service and food as well as room. Executive and deluxe are almost the same and what for they charge high rate.

Card access is always unreadable. Had to make frequent trips to front desk to reprogram. Bedsheets has stains Towel is small and thin. Had an event running at the function room and the carpets are filthy. Heavy staining

The hotel WiFi is very bad. The breakfast have less choice. Its too expensive for this kind of service and not worth it to stay for long. TV is too old and not clear.
