My stay in the hotel without breakfast

No Amenities Not clean Very old furniture Uncomfortable Small rooms. Not as shown in photos

Great hotel in old Bursa, but just a short drive from the main central motorway / public metro - tram line working east to west. The rooms are well appointed and have all the usual facilities. The lounge bar facing the street provides a location to watch the world go by. It appears to also be a regular place for locals. The breakfast buffet is very oriented to local / eastern tastes, but that’s fine for the style of hotel. The immediate surroundings don’t have much to offer, but a quick walk left and left again leads to a bustling street.

Everything needs renovation, such as televisions , blankets and towels. Its prices are high compared to what the hotel offers. Breakfast There are hotels which rated as 3 stars offer a good breakfast compared to this hotel.

Need to improve cleaning and renew furniture in the room

The most important This experience for the first time That they didn’t provide final bill They are trying to run away from tax requirements, which led of non compliance of the law and regulations

I didnt like it cause the room was too small for two adults, the recieptionist should know the rooms width before he gave me the key for small room for two and the bigger one was for one adult, the decoration and the design of yhe room is below average it does not reflect how the Hotel is look like in the lobby. But over all the Breakfast was amazing, lovely and tasty.

nicely located around number of local restaurants and cafes. main attractions are short drive. hotel staff were welcome, cooperative, and friendly. breakfast is good with variety. the only thing that I would recommend improving is air conditioning. A/C was not doing that much especially in Summer.

The AC was not working in April in the hotel and the weathr was hot i had hard time to sleep

The planket was tribble and not soft at all And the room lighting was weak, also the reseption members do not know how to guide the guest when he ask them . The price is too expensive comparing to the low services. Also the landry was too expensive !!

Could not stay at that hotel, thanks to Expedia the front desk could not find my reservation , I had 2 spend 2 hours in a strange city with 3 kids trying to find a hotel room

Haftasonu konakladik. Fiyatına göre verdiği hizmet yeterli. Odalar temiz konum merkezi sayılabilir. Vale otopark mevcut. Kahvaltı yapmadık. Sorunsuz bir deneyimdi

Otel konum olarak güzel. Hijyen konusunda çok memnun kalamadım. odalar ve koridor sigara kokusundan çok durulamıyor bir süre sonra kokuya alışıyorsun. Yatak rahattı. Kahvaltı çeşit daha fazla olmalıydı. Çok memnun kalamadık....

Gayet keyifli konforlu bir konaklama oldu gerek temizliği gerek çalışanların Güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı olmaları çok memnun kaldım
