strategic location, the hotel located on the main street, near the landmarks city. i love the surrounding area, so many trees and nice pedestrian. the receptionist very helpful and we can do check in at 11 a.m in the morning (because the room is available).

mình ở đây 4 đêm, đêm thứ 2 trong khi ngủ mình có làm bẩn ga 1 tí (vết bẩn nhỏ như nắp chai), ngay sau đó bạn lễ tân đã đòi mình 500k với lý do không thể giặt sạch vết bẩn. mình liền bảo vết đó cực kỳ dễ xử lý (vì nhà mình cũng làm khách sạn), nếu buồng phòng không thể giặt thì đưa mình xử lý. Mãi đến 2 ngày sau, bạn bên buồng phòng mới đưa ga cho mình xử lý và nói là vừa mới mang từ tiệm giặt là về, vải còn nóng, và vết bẩn vẫn còn mờ trên vải (điều này chứng tỏ 2 ngày trước bạn lễ tân đã nói xạo, bạn ấy đã đòi tiền mình trước cả khi thử giặt ga giường). sau đó mình chỉ tốn đúng 5 phút để giặt vết bẩn đó và trả lại ga giường trắng tinh. Ngay hôm check out là ngày 08/04/2023, mình cũng thấy 1 khách hàng cãi nhau với lễ tân và phải trả 500k vô lý giống mình. Thật sự quá thất vọng!

On the day of check out was April 8, 2023, I also saw a customer arguing with the receptionist and had to pay 500k ridiculous like me. Very disappointing indeed!
