It was a big day, so there were a lot of people and a long wait. There were only two people working at the front desk, but there's a small shopping mall next to the hotel, so you can walk there.

Overall ok, but the wet area for the toilet is too small.

Overall was good. Located near to stadium for those wanting to jog or exercise. However, based on my personal experience, few things can be further improved. The TV and mini bar is not working at all. Hope management can take action on the matters.

The room is OK but the facilities provided are not working properly like the TV is not usable at all. The safety box also has no batteries to use... The ice box does not work and is not even cold.... The hotel please make sure all items are good before selling.. Guess you can't use it.

an old furniture and fittings, channel TV was worst, WiFi connection terrible, lots of 🪳 in room, towels very smelly, torn and old, old and worn bed sheet, pillowcases are old and smelly, room are smelly terrible, surrounding quite noisy. positive sides are staffs are good, breakfast good and besides supermarket. not worth with the room rates.

Pro: Ample parking space, near to convenience store/shop, reasonable size room (King Deluxe). Toiletries and breakfast are considered decent for a budget hotel. Con: Room has no view. Limited exit/lift. Limited lighting in the room.

There 's few ALIVE cockroaches in the room. It 's dusty and dirty. We booked twin bed but upon check in, the receptionist told us we booked standard and requested us to top up another rm90.00 if we wanted to change to twin bed room. However, we managed to proved that we booked for twin bed instead of standard room as per mentioned by the receptionist. The staying experience is bad especially when the room is dim, dirty, dusty, and with cockroaches. With that price.

Everything was OK only the room is a bit small but we were comfortable cause we stayed in for only less than 24 hours. Will definitely come again.

It was a pleasant stay. The room is spacious, the toilet is clean. The breakfast buffet menu was varieties. The sambal nasi lemak was good. The kuay teow soup also nice..

Good affordable hotel, located near Billion shopping mall and restaurants. The place is in town area and feel secure at night compared to other hotel nearby. Plus point for breakfast, so sedap! Only the sink at toilet is clogged but the water still flows. Otherwise everything is good. Sure will come again next time.

The room (standard queen bed), although not as spacious, is very comfy and well decorated 😊 I love everything about the room. And the breakfast provided is well satisfying with many choices of food including bihun, mee and kuew teow sup haha. That's my favourite. If I stay here again, I'll eat 3 bowls of it 😁The staffs are also friendly, kind and helpful.

Too much loud noise from the hall & ball room.

It's hot. Air con is un serviceable, dusty and can see dust from the bottom. Call maintainence for service ..

Room key card didn't work several times. I had to go up & down to the reception to get it fixed. The room was smelly, the ac was leaking & the floor was flooded. The breakfast could be better. Definitely would not come again

Aircond is not working well. 😑 The bed is a bit itchy. Others are okay.

Housekeeping needs to be more sensitive to bathroom conditions ... water that does not drain well causes uncomfortable stalkers because of stagnant water and need time to recede ...
