Its a bit old, needs some refurbishments

Everything is fine. However, I can hear the traffic noise every night, and it kind of disturbs my sleep as my room is facing the main road. So next time, I'm going to request a room away from facing the main road 😅.

The room is not comfortable. Request 1 bed. But not given.

Great hotel. Great price. Affordable, with big room and nice breakfast. The staffs are very helpful. The guy at the front desk very friendly and helpful. (don't know his name). The girl at the front desk, Jane. She was the most helpful. She helped me to call the Grab and when I left my bag in the Grab car, (totally was my fault) she helped me again and I now have my luggage back. Great service. Thank you. Be sure to stay here again every time I visit Kuala Lumpur

The room is clean, tidy, the staff is ok.

Clean hotel room however not all amenities were provided like toothbruh.

Parking sempit, bilik klasik, bilik air teruk. Kebersihan kurang memuaskan.

Makanan memang superb, cuma staff front desk tak berapa friendly, cakap tak berapa jelas, datang kol 3pm tapi tak dapat check in sebab bilik tak siap lagi. Kene tunggu jam 5. But overall bilik satisfied.
