Dirty soil not cleaned, unpleasant smell.

The unit is spacious and comfy for the four of us, but the aircond in 1 of the rooms not working and the water heater not functioning and leaking. I just know that the properties run by other private unit too. They are not so friendly.

The service was less friendly and the check-in time was too slow, if our hotel checked in at 2pm but at the marina court check-in at 3pm

Cons: Old apartment. Need to change curtain, carpet in rooms (smelly), leaking at the sink kitchen, no microwave, broken rice cooker and please change the 'sofa koyak rabak'. They will charge RM200 for deposit. And I only got the refund RM150, they cut RM50 because 'my child vomited on bed sheet'. The cost to cleaning it's more cheaper and they don't have to buy new mattress right? Pro: A big apartment, nice location, private parking.

So great to us. Will staying at this apartment for future vacation! Tq all.
