This is a hotel I frequently book because of its strategic location, proximity to everything, and friendly, hassle-free staff. The breakfast is delicious—the best, really.

The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes, and the 100,000 IDR deposit was not returned because it wasn't recorded (they didn't provide a receipt). CCTV checks were not performed.

- A deposit is not required upon check-in.
- You requested a refund of the deposit upon check-out, but we do not recall ever requesting one.
- We have procedures in place to review CCTV footage, but we were unable to do so upon your check-out due to your urgent needs.
- We will continue to review the CCTV footage.
- We were unable to contact you because WhatsApp was not installed on the phone number you provided during check-in, and your phone is not functioning correctly.
- We will send you the CCTV footage upon check-in. Please contact our hotel staff via WhatsApp (08******233).
- We never requested a deposit, and you did not pay one.
- Our hotel strictly adheres to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and we do not charge anyone other than registered guests.

The staff was friendly, but my first impression was less than pleasant. Upon entering, the room smelled, and the sheets smelled. I asked for a change, and it was immediately replaced, but the smell was still unpleasant. But it was better compared to the first time. There were also dirty pillows and used sheets stored in the closet. Towels weren't ready in the room either. I had booked the wrong hotel from the start. I thought it was Pangeran Beach Hotel, but it turned out to be Pangeran City. The photos looked like Pangeran Beach Hotel. So, be careful before booking a hotel.

Strategic location, comfortable and not noisy, the room is aesthetic, it's just a shame that the pillows are already yellow, upgrade or replace them if the pillows are so yellow, even though the room is comfortable.

I have been staying at Pangeran City every year when I go home for Eid, but the last time I stayed, the breakfast was not good, the sugar in the lonsay was not good at all and the breakfast choices were very limited.
