room is a bit small, but fully equipped. friendly staff. Bui Vien walking street is right next door and Ben Thanh market is 700m away.

Too bad, I stayed for 2 days and used the laundry service here, it seems like they washed my clothes with other guests' clothes. After receiving them, I lost one sock and a cloth bag. The staff informed me that they would find it and send it back to me, but I returned on 9/9 and they said they found it, but it wasn't until the 14th that I saw the notice that they started sending my things, today on the 17th I received the bag, it was packaged very carelessly, the cloth bag had prints but was wrapped with tape, when I removed it, all the letters were broken, the tape was dirty and sticky, the bag was dirty and smelly, now the souvenir bag is broken and after waiting for more than a week :)) they didn't even give me a plastic bag, this is the price of a 40k/kg laundry service, disappointing

I booked a room on April 30th, so due to delays and road closures during the holiday, I arrived at the airport quite late. But the receptionist was still very nice and helped me keep my valuables because I didn't want to bring them to crowded places, afraid of losing them. In addition, I asked to buy mineral water at the hotel to bring along for the holiday, but the receptionist gave me water as a gift. Although the bottle of water wasn't worth much, I had a very good experience staying here.

Everything was great. Will be back.

The room is clean, a bit small but still ok for me, the front room has many airy windows. The hotel is in an alley so it is not noisy at night, the staff is friendly, supports early check-in and check-out, and motorbikes are available for rent. I stayed here for 5 days and was very satisfied, will come back.

Great location, near metro, near walking street. At first, I was afraid that it would be noisy near walking street, but it was quite quiet. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby so it's easy to buy things. The room is ok, also clean. The air conditioner works but can't be controlled.

Absolutely amazing, the room is fine with lots of beautiful light. The receptionists are extremely friendly. The service is 100 points. The location is convenient. It's in an alley but very shallow. If you want to drive a car, just go out to the street and pick it up, it's a 30-second walk. If you order a bike or a motorbike, the car will pick you up right at the hotel door. Near the center, around 4 stores: chtl 711, gs25c cK, family mart. So awesome

The hotel is in the alley, cars cannot go inside. However, the location is very good as you can walk to some landmarks or places such as Ben Thanh Market, Takashimaya mall, Bui Vien street. The staff is very helpful, they helped me receive and handover the parcels while I was outside. The room is big, well equipped with facilities but the Wi-Fi didn't work stably. Overall, it was a good experience.
