The staff were very enthusiastic, and the restrooms were clean and dry. They assisted with check-out at 2 PM without any extra charge (of course, only if the rooms weren't fully booked). The location is quite close to many attractions, all within walking distance, so it was very convenient.

The receptionist was so kind and have very beutiful nails hahaha

The water heater = best best best!! Constantly in hot water always😆 Even though it's located in a small alley, when you go outside it's already the big city where you can find foods, mini markets, coffee and juice places, etc. Definitely will be back soon!❤️

Too bad, I stayed for 2 days and used the laundry service here, it seems like they washed my clothes with other guests' clothes. After receiving them, I lost one sock and a cloth bag. The staff informed me that they would find it and send it back to me, but I returned on 9/9 and they said they found it, but it wasn't until the 14th that I saw the notice that they started sending my things, today on the 17th I received the bag, it was packaged very carelessly, the cloth bag had prints but was wrapped with tape, when I removed it, all the letters were broken, the tape was dirty and sticky, the bag was dirty and smelly, now the souvenir bag is broken and after waiting for more than a week :)) they didn't even give me a plastic bag, this is the price of a 40k/kg laundry service, disappointing

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. I checked in at 11pm and the female staff was super dedicated. Reasonable room rate, location right in District 1 so it's super ok to go to entertainment spots
