Beautiful location, comfortable beds, delicious foods, quiet despite central location

A free second cup of coffee would be nice at breakfast and not to have to pay for ice. Other than this we will go back!!!

The hot tub on the roof is wonderful with great views. And so many cool restaurants & bars near by! Having a cafe on-site where you can get "emergency" coffee/beer/breakfast was also convenient. Everything was comfortable & worked (e.g. AC, toilet, ceiling fan, wifi...).

Great view of the city, private, relaxing. Easy access to Centro, just a few blocks away. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating.

Parking is severely reduced. You are better off parking on the street. Hotel room conditions are poor and dated. Staff are friendly and inviting. Hotel distance to downtown averages to 6 minutes walking. WiFi is available. Raices restaurant is yummy and staff are inviting.

La decoración y ambiente de la habitación es muy antigua, estando dentro de la habitación no me hizo sentir que estaba pagando algo que valí la pena, el correo donde me hacían saber que el hotel no contaba con estacionamiento me llegó a los 15 min después del check in (o sea después de que llegué y me dijeron que no contaban con parking) las fotos que promocionan no es lo que te ofrecen cuando pides una habitación, me hubiera gustado que fueran mas transparentes con la información y con lo que promocionan

I truly enjoyed my stay I had the suite with the pool/balcony with a Amazing View of the church and city Center would definitely return

This was a great find on my first visit to the city,! The location is ideal: near the Center, but not loud . The rooms were colorful and well-maintained. The best thing was the rooftop spa, which I used twice a day. It has a spectacular view of Santo Domingo! (I just wish that it were open after seven.) The breakfast was great, especially thanks to our waitress Yvonne. She was super friendly and attentive. The front desk staff were all very courteous and helpful.

Decent hotel and great location. A few things could make it better. Not lots of light in the rooms. Pathetically weak shower pressure. Hours of restaurant are pretty random. Itblooksnlike there's a pool bitnits just a javuzzinand it doesnt get hot. There is a large deck bit it has no furniture, nothing going on.

Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the centre, suite bed was comfortable, the only downside was shower had very little water pressure and A/C was above the bed which hits you directly. My wife got sick as soon as we returned home.

Evonne at the restaurant made our stay superior ! Hotel Was great ..management on top of everything ! Couldn’t ask for better ..Evonne was An added bonus at restaurant ! So sweet smiling every morning and took great pride in her work …double bonus to wake up to this lovely lady !

Hotel was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk from downtown and a lot of places to go eat around, the only sucky part was the tv would loose signal a lot and the shower head was not so great.
