I like changing rooms because it's hot..

The room was very bad. The mattress was very thin—you could really feel the springs. The walls were dirty and had visible stains. The toilet was also in terrible condition—the walls were grimy, and the toilet bowl had yellow stains that wouldn't come off even with scrubbing. I definitely won't be booking this hotel room again. The hotel should upgrade the room facilities.

The hotel is okay. The price is very reasonable. The room is old, but still comfortable to stay overnight. The parking lot is also spacious. No need to worry about parking everywhere. It's worth it for what you pay.

Poor cleanliness and TV was not functioning.

The hotel is quite decent old hotel however the price is very reasonable. Got hotel parking own area no issue coming late for check in. The facility was just basic as a 3 star hotel. The cleanliness 3/5. The room lil bit old however still okay for normal stay. The TV only got not more than 5 basic channels. The location within the city area, old town Ipoh. Very suitable for business trip with tight budget. Not really for family holiday purpose. High building so nice view from hotel room. Tqvm.

The staff are all friendly. Only the cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved. So far the others are satisfactory.

Place is old but very well kept and maintained so there 's a nice touch of vintage vibe. The amenities were sufficient for solo traveling and the best of all is the ample parking space within the hotel area. Id stay again for sure if there 's a good promo price.

Hotel di tengah kota, kamar bersih, petugas ramah dan sangat membantu, tapi sayang disayang, sekitar hotel ga ada yang jual makanan, harus jalan sedikit jauh untuk menemukan kedai makan. Overall hotel best lah.

I brought many luggage at that time, nobody assist or provide service to me to move my luggage in the room. I have to take the luggage trolley by myself and move all my luggage into the room by myself.

Overall is okay. Just the pillow not so comfortable.

Arrived at hotel 12.30 noon. Cannot check in cause hotel procedure must check in at 2 pm or 3pm. Need to pay rm 90/- for one room early check in. Around 1 pm. The 2nd room pay nothing check in at 1.45 pm. What a waste and arrogant and uncompromised hotel management, after telling them we already on the road since 6am from Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh. Because of traffic jam at the highway.

Old hotel and boring place. Room 410 - faulty TV. Dirty room. Not recommended.

the room is ok. not ok: the bathroom has a smell. there is only 1 set of soap .. but it's both of us. The old soap has run out and there is a full parking lot in the toilet, so I have to park outside so far it's ok.. the price is cheap, right?

No hot water for taking bath due to boiler spoilt. Inconvenient to look for foods. Distance to walk a distance.
