The room is big but very dirty. The floor is dirty. There is cigarette dust that has not been cleaned. You can see how empty it looks. When we arrived, it was late at night. So we couldn't find another hotel. The next day we immediately looked for another hotel. We lost RM800 ++ because we had already paid for 2 nights.

It was a very comfortable stay here, clean, and close to everything. Miss Aida also provided very friendly service.👍

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. Only the bed was clean; the rest of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom was in a disastrous state: the shower door was missing, the silicone sealant was heavily moldy, and basic necessities like hand soap and sufficient toilet paper were lacking. Furthermore, the provided towels were dirty, which made the whole experience extremely unhygienic. There were also technical problems: the air conditioning was very loud and only blew warm air after 1:00 a.m. The check-out process was particularly disappointing: despite having paid a 40 Ringgit deposit, another 40 Ringgit was demanded without any clear explanation. Since we were pressed for time to catch our train, we felt compelled to pay. Very opaque.

I think the stars belong to the previous hotel. Currently, I think the new management just took over this hotel from the previous one. You can notice that many items were missing from the room. The pool is a little bit dirty and has less privacy. For the buffet, there isn't much variety of food. The food tastes okay. Just don't give high expectations when booking this hotel. Maybe most of the comments are from the previous hotel.

The hotel room and bathroom are large. Unfortunately the room window is small and blocked by an apartment that is attached to the hotel building, so you can't enjoy the view of Ipoh city :(. The TV won't turn on, and the lamp above the bed is broken. The staff is friendly and helpful when I asked for small change and they are willing to exchange it. The location is quite good, a 10-minute walk to the Ipoh night gate and the famous chicken bean sprout restaurants. To the train station, bus terminal, and to the surrounding Concubine Lane is also not far if you use online car transportation (Grab).

I like staying here because it is very convenient for me to go anywhere. I will stay here again. Thank you to the staff named Aida.

The mattress and pillow were very bad quality.

The lift and the walkway to the room is not nice, poor maintenance, not nice smell. Need to install air freshner. The room is big but average clean only.
