Staying here for just one night feels inadequate, and I'd love to stay for two or more. While there aren't many guests on weekdays, the food is still varied and plentiful—it's simply the best. If you're ever in Berastagi and don't have to worry about finding a hotel, you should definitely stay here.

The sheets smelled really bad, as if they hadn't been changed. Breakfast was also very lacking; there were no side dishes, just vegetables.

Our stay at the Grand Mutiara Hotel Berastagi was very pleasant, with its panoramic views and cool air. Even without air conditioning, we still had to use blankets due to the cold. Overall okay 👍🏻. Many entertainments like sheep and alpaca, nice view, fresh air, there is a swimming pool and a new cafe is being built. An experience with children, lots of flowers around the hotel.
