Overall speaking, the building was in bad shape, room didn’t look good, and except for a friendly staff, wasn’t a good stay. It looks like the hotel is about to go for remodeling…

Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay there again. The price was reasonable, and the cleanliness was very good, and the breakfast was very good also. It is conveniently located, and the only negative point was there were signs posted outside, warning people to lock their cars, because theft in the neighborhood was possible (especially at night). However, I never had any problems, and always felt comfortable. As I mentioned before, I would be happy to stay there again!

The hotel it's normal not new but bed is bigger, the breakfast don't have a lot things the rest ok.

Great bed and view. Hotel has been recently renovated. Confusing rate policy, charging 10% on top of the already calculated 10% tax shown on the site.

Should include wifi in overall price. Charging extra for it is annoying.

Localizacao excelente ao lado do Shopping Patio Brasil; quarto com bom espaco, inclusive com espaco para guardar as roupas e bom banheiro; cafe da manha dentro dos padroes.

O ar condicionado não esfriou bem.

Poucos trabalhadores e hotel lotado; elevadores sem gestão adequada levam a infernais esperas. Café da manhã pobre e sem reposição ao longo de todo o tempo, pois faltam pessoas. Muito ruim!
