No rice, no noodles. Not too many options to eat for breakfast. One of the receptionists was very crude, and I will not stay here again. I stayed in Hanoi with some hotels; this one is the worst ever, even the breakfast and the service. The hotel is old already, but still clean.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. The 5th floor room does not have a direct elevator, walk from the 4th to the 5th floor. But the enthusiastic staff carried luggage up and down.

Great location, friendly staff. Just one minus point - they did not reply to my request for early check-in. I went to the hotel, believing I can check in but turns out no. I had to find another hotel for a nap before checking in at 2pm. It would be better if the hotel can straightly reply to my request.

Good size room with comfy bed, nice water pressure and have hot water. I enjoyed the shower. Complimentary breakfast is awesome, can have my favourite Pho noodle every morning. Room has a safe box, perfect for travellers. Requested transportation to and from Noi Bai Int'l Airport for a fee. Got what I wanted throughout my stay. Located in the busy street of Old Quarters, traffic can get hectic especially on Sunday night, apart from this, all good, value for money. Highly recommended.

Great location - located in Old City of Hanoi. The rooms are clean with good facilities and room services. The staff are very nice and helpful. The price is reasonable.

Worth for money, will come to this hotel for next trip to Hanoi...

Hotel location best in Old Quarter, nice staff and complete breakfast, cleanliness
