Very nice place!

This Green Hills location was fantastic! It was convenient to where I was going while in town. It was very quiet--which is greatly appreciated!

Great hotel. Modern. Clean. Great location. I loved the live music in the lobby bar at night.

Walking in the door - the place was amazing. The front desk was friendly. The room was nice. But ... there is always a but. I was told nit to park on the street because cars had been burglarized. I was told to park in the garage. This was a $30 charge. The gates did not work. There were no cameras and anyone could walk in. Why did i need to pay $30? Then, I learned that Marriott puts a $50 hold on the credit card ... for incidentals. But ... four hours later they (The Hotel) charged $40 to my credit card. I called customer service and between representative and his boss they have no idea. So. No. This has not been a great trip.

Check I was swift & easy as well as checking out. Loves that they offer a parking garage!

The staff was very helpful. The entrance and the property itself was absolutely beautiful. The area is nice and you are close to a lot of shopping and food options. The hotel is extremely clean.

Very friendly check-in staff. Plenty of free street parking right outside so I skipped the $30 fee to park in hotel garage. Street is quiet.

Great will be back

No hot water for the shower/bathroom! When I spoke to the person at the front desk, she didn't think it was that big of a deal.

I booked two rooms and the tv in either room work. I told staff when checking out and they seemed to not care. When the heat kicked on there was something metal vibrating really loud and disturbed our sleep. The second room said that their water in the shower never got above luke warm.

Beds were not comfortable; charged me even though i booked through Expedia and didn’t even tell me, also no HOT water

Nice spot to stay in town, & walking distance to a great mall
