Wonderful stay & staff! Convenient location to the park and downtown area

Fist of all this place close the front desk at 9pm, I did realize that due to attending a weeding event we arrive close to 10pm, there was nobody at front desk, in fact it was closed, there a phone number for you to call for late check in and again nobody answered the the phone, it would have been nice if someone from the property would have called me or a least would have leave a message or voicemail, also being at the mountains there is poor internet connection, totally disappointed,

Perfect location and surroundings for Estes Park.

Service was so bad man seemed very upset when we showed up showed him that we had a reservation and didn’t try to help what’s so ever

This was the least favorite of the 4 hotels we stayed at during our CO vacation. The hotel has a lot of potential but is outdated and check-in staff was not friendly. It is, however, conveniently located to old town Estes Park with shopping and dining options nearby. Dish network TV was not user friendly and we were unable to get Uber Eats to deliver.

Unfortunately the heater was so loud, it made a strange noise after the fan started and it kept me up all night. It was too cold outside to not have the heat on so I couldn’t just turn the unit off.

Absolutely, my favorite place to stay in Estes Park. Scenery is amazing. Walking distance to downtown shopping is perfect. Absolutely recommend! The staff is incredible too so very, very, helpful.

Great staff and convenient location. Not a fan of the small room or glass doors. Consider updating your curtains to be blackout. We good see lights outside. Our room was very tiny. Consider moving the bed away from the door and getting two small chairs instead of one big one. The shades in the shower was an odd choice. Consider frosting the window. Breakfast was plain. Consider adding more variety then mostly carbs.

This hotel offers a fantastic location and unbeatable value for the price. We were especially grateful to the receptionist, who went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early. It was extremely cold outside, and this thoughtful gesture prioritized our comfort and safety, making us feel truly cared for. Overall, the combination of great service, prime location, and affordability made our stay an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Love all the upgrades. And the staff is wonderful

The location of this hotel is perfect. We liked that it was within walking distance of downtown and that we could easily reach on some trails. For the price of this hotel, the facilities seemed a little out of date. The fan in our room only had one speed, which was very irritating, and the TV would not turn off unless we unplugged it. We were excited about a luxury experience for the price, but it was mostly just an average experience.
