Loved this property for our honeymoon! Perfect location and the shuttle service is amazing. The breakfast everyday is 10/10. We would stay here again.

The Apanemo hotel was on the quieter south side of the island. The view of the Caldera from our room was spectacular. The staff was extremely friendly and the included breakfast was delicious with many choices available. Don’t miss the ruins and the beach at Akroteri which are close by. There’s a boat service at the beach for €15 round-trip per person that will take you to the white beach, the red beach and the black beach and you can get out and swim and rent loungers and umbrellas for five euros per person and they will come back every hour or so to pick you up. We preferred the white beach because it had a sandy . We also rented a car for €50 a day and made our way easily around the whole island using navigation on our phone.

The views were to die for. Breakfast was fantastic with wonderful service. We were able to order off a menu the night before. They drove us into the town, Akrotiri any time. Very short drive. There are about 4 restaurants, a market, a couple shops and the bus stop. Bus goes to Fira, etc for 2 euro.

From the moment we stepped on the property we were greeted with the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. Staff was extremely helpful and caring, they took care of all our needs, were extremely friendly, and the staff really made us feel like we were family.

The property was very clean and the staff were wonderful and very friendly. We received excellent service from them and the food at the hotel restaurant was great. It's a very quiet area and I would stay there again!

Ignore the star rating, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We selected the hotel based on the quality of the reviews and they are all justified. It is a beautiful hotel perched on the hillside over looking the Caldera and the whole island. The view is stunning. The hotel has great staff who are extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms are comfortable, well equipped and from what we could see all have amazing views. It is not for those who want to be in the ‘thick of it’, although it is an oasis of calm compared to overcrowded tourist hotspots of Fira and Oia. The staff will take you by car (and pick you up) to local restaurants, although it is only a 15 minute picturesque walk to the centre Akrotiri (although is a bit of climb on the way back). Brilliant hotel we will come back, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing staff all round. We had a couple of misfortunes during our stay (nothing to do with the accommodation) and the staff we nothing but exceptional. The room had the most amazing view of the sunrise. We would definitely recommend staying here and may do so again.

Honestly couldn’t fault this property. The staff were so hospital and helpful, the free taxi service to the local village was invaluable. The property was clean, the view was stunning and the breakfast delicious. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at Apanemo. The views, the food, the service were impeccable. It was the holiday that we needed as a busy family of 4 to just rest, reset and enjoy our time together. We can’t wait to be back!

We just honeymooned in Santorini, and Apanemo absolutely blew us away. The service, guidance, staff, and views were nothing short of phenomenal. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere made for the most relaxing vacation. Not being too close to the heavily touristy areas made this getaway private and peaceful. We hope to be back in Santorini so soon, and to once again enjoy a stay at Apanemo.

Dining experience was great, the food was mediocre. Hot water in the shower only lasted 2 minutes maybe. Not ideal for two showers to be taken back to back. Property staff was friendly, amazing views.

Sitting up high in the mountain this 5 star hotel is very modern, very up to date for today’s standards and has a very beautiful view of Santorini. Apanemo Hotel has a very friendly & generous staff, it’s super clean & also provides a very good breakfast with room service. I would like to state that there’s at least 2 stores nearby, a couple of restaurants & a beach within walking distance if not a very short drive from the hotel. Overall I’m very pleased in my selection of choosing Apanemo Hotel in Akrotiri as my hotel of choice and it’s definitely a hotel I highly recommend & would definitely go back to if I where to go back to Greece.
