Apartment room was big and bed was comfortable. However, we were in what was like a basement at the end of a long corridor of rooms and all the doors really slam when someone opens or closes them, so it was hard to sleep as it was so noisy. Also the bed head hadn't been dusted in a long time as there was thick dust on it, which we cleaned off, and some rubbish left in the room. These two things would be easy to fix, install soft door closers and clean more thoroughly, then it would be a good option. Overall an ok stay but could be better.

Great establishment. Nice service, clean and great location. Milos is excellent and this is a nice spot to stay.

Cute little hotel right on the outskirts of adamantas , but close enough that it is only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and port . Room was really big and had a nice kitchenette and patio . Overall perfect little place to stay on milos and to tour around , renting a car or atv is highly recommend and rewarding.

We had a beautiful time in Milos at Gianni's! Our room was beautiful, clean and bright and airy and large! The location couldn't be better - a short walk to the center of Adamas with the shops and restaurants and most importantly the bus stop! So glad we made the choice to stay here - it was perfect! Gianni and his family and staff were great and always available for advice on what to do around the island.

I forgot my ring and the receptionist gave it to me while I had already checked out and a was a bit far away from the property.

Very good location, close to the port but on a quiet street. Clean rooms. The bathrooms are really small.

Moved to another hotel after we had been asked to move to another room in Giannis. We left our bags to be moved across to the other room and when we came back to the hotel later that day, were told, in no uncertain terms, that we had to move hotel. Because, allegedly, the occupant of the room we were due to move into had been taken ill. Although we were told differing stories about it being the old lady who was ill; and then, miraculously, it was the boy who was ill. The hotel we were moved to, Hotel Corali, is awful - there was a 12” hole through to next doors room (photo attached). Worst still is that if you look on a well-known review site under Hotel Corali, this has happened before, so take care! For full details go take a peek at the review we have just placed on that site. Avoid Giannis Apartments, and Hotel Corali, at all costs.

This was my second stay at Giannis Hotel Apartments and it was just as good as the first time. A friendly, family-run apartment hotel, ten minutes walk from the harbour, restaurants, shops, and ideal as a base for touring Milos. (Other facilities are just around the corner - car hire, Taverna Barko, laundrette...) The apartments are very clean and comfortable and the whole experience is uncomplicated and welcoming. For holidaymakers who want overblown and excessive hotel accommodation, this is not the place - so it is great for the rest of us!

I only stayed for one night, but found the Studios very convenient for access to the local town and port. I was collected from Milos Airport and also taken to the port the following day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The beds were SUPER HARD!! We felt like sleeping on iron spikes all night, we couldnt sleep at all, every turn felt like pain, the next couple of days we had terrible back pain all over, the sping of the bed pierce through ur bones that kind of pain - it was terrible. The shower only has a curtain so after you shower the bathroom is full of water, so slippery!! The host was not so kind and almost rude, didnt listen to our requests and always interrupt our conversation - he was really impatient. He also gave us a room without kitchen in the beginning - which was not what we booked. Terrible experience - please dont stay here!!

Really basic. Clean room. Friendly staff. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Simple clean room. ok functional bathroom . Little patio with clothes line is nice to dry off towels and wet clothes. Tv didn't work...but we didn't need or want it anyway since we were there to visit the neighborhood.

I had a very pleasant stay at Gianni's Apartments. George and his family are very nice and they gave me a perfect room for my stay of three nights. These are lovely people with a beautiful place to stay!

We were welcomed very warmly by this family run hotel and had a great experience staying here. The owners were so lovely and helped us to rent a car last minute, gave us directions to beaches and advice on boat tours on the island. The grounds are well kept with beautiful pots of local flowers and plants. If we needed anything, the owners were available and immediately helped us, very efficient. This is a classic well kept cycladic style apartment/hotel where you have a kitchen if you so desire to eat in. The supermarket is a 5 min walk at most.

My stay at Giannis apartments was nice and calm. The owners are very friendly and provide pick up and drop off service for free. The location is really central at Adamas. The room is basic however provides all the necessities, like fridge for the warm weather, air-conditioning, balcony etc. I recommend this place.

If you are looking for a resort experience go to santorini. If you want to explore the most beautiful beaches and coastlines in Greece, get yourself something modest in Adamas and get out every day! This accmodation is simple but exceptionally lovely- especially the balcony! Giannis is laid-back and relaxed- he will let you be independent if that's what you like but is also there at an instant to help you if you need transport or information. I LOVED my stay here. Absolutely perfect!

Picked up at ferry port by friendly owner - such a boon when arrive hot, tired into a strange place. Clean, comfortable apartment. Would go back again - thank you.

Our stay was wonderful, Giannis was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, we had a kitchenette that proved very useful. We had Lots of space and felt relaxed for our 6 day stay. Only improvement could be the wifi connection and a different shower curtain arrangement, but otherwise, a fantastic, enjoyable stay. Would come back and recommend to any travellers. family or couple.
