Excellent place to stay with my kids after a long trip out of the country

Close to shopping. Very clean. Attentive staff.

Is beautiful place, clean, the only thing is the pool that is small. But the rest is fine

Good location good service plus the clerk gave me a bottle of water at the counter

Oveall was acceptable but carpet smell was bad and it even stayed my clothes. Only 2 big shower towels were there nothing more for hands.

A good hotel to stay while in Managua

The staff was great, my opinion the hotel rooms needs a little love, the carpets in the rooms and outside probably needs a change, other them that I love the area very convenience great location

Services on point, employees give you great services.

Room smells like mold, A/C was very noisy and room was dark (low lightning). Limited breakfast option, there was no food available and we had to wait for eggs and gallopinto, there was no one around to make sure there was enough food for the guests.

Excellent service

I loved the location of this hotel and the driver service affiliated with this hotel. It made traveling to the lake and airport so easy. Super friendly staff, clean room, smart TV. Collection of restaurants offered a wide selection of quality food.
