The room is ok, worth the price.

Acceptable compare to other Sri Malaysia. I believe they have done some refurbishment of the flooring. Will stay again.

The furniture is too old, the cleanliness of the room is not maintained, the room is not swept, hair is on the bed and under the blanket, the air conditioner is not cold during the day.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, the toilet is a bit smelly but the water is strong, that's more important to me. There are two pools that are quite large. The TV also has many channels. The car parking space is close to the room location. Easy! I like it I like it I like it

Overall satisfied. Only the aircon is slow and slow to cool. The aircon is old.

Old hotel doesn't care, old furniture doesn't care, only dusty in the room, no one cleans before customers come in, there's more bugs, the toilet is very dirty and smelly, the room smells like a pump, it's funny to sleep on the sheets, sad.

The room is spacious with an affordable rate. I could see that the bedroom is slightly upgraded by the installation of new flooring and new paint. The bathroom should be urgently upgraded as well. I could see that the cleaners have put all their effort to ensure that the cleanliness of the bathroom is at the highest level. However, the offensive odor that came from the drainage system (smells like cockroaches), the outworn and old faucet are completely out of their control. Luckily, I only stayed for 13 hours. I tried my best to minimize the time I spent in the bathroom by changing outside the bathroom. The only drawback of my stay is the very unpleasant smell of the bathroom, other than that, everything was well.

This hotel has no lift. The staff did not offer to assist after seeing that the guest had bags to carry up to the 3rd floor. Bathroom was not clean, had insects like cockroach in the shower. The bed was squeaky and made sounds with any movement at all. Overall would not suggest for the price paid.

Suitable for 1 night stay. The location is in a residential area, there are no nearby shops that can only be walked to.

No fridge, bathroom and toilet is dirty, the carpet is dirty.
