There is no bellboy to help pick the luggage, no one at the reception.. the elevator is broken and was given 2nd floor room.. requested ground floor room but have to pay extra RM120 where the lif was not available due to the hotel fault.. the room was smelly and no hot water for the shower. Reqlly bad experience for my toddlers to take a bath in cold water..

As usual, okay and affordable, only this time the lift is under maintenance, so climb up, but the staff 👍

The best hotel for your family in Perlis. What I like the most about the hotel is the swimming pool. It is suitable for adults and kids age 4 years and above. Most importantly, the hotel is not haunted 😆

My third time here! First and second was wonderful but this time a bit not okay because the iron not functioning well. But overall I will repeat again if go to perlis because only this the good one so far. Keep it up!

Second time here. Simple hotel but cozy. Easy to access many places. Nice scenery too. Will repeat later.

Hsm yang paling bagus and bersih compare dgn hsm pd, hsm ipoh, hsm terengganu. Expecially toilet.

Place is just 1 km from town, so it's in a nice quiet place. Room can be cleaner. Bathroom when showering will flood and water takes time to drain. Beds are OK. Not enough power outlets to charge devices.

The room is clean, comfortable and tidy. The floor of the bed area is carpeted. Small TV but lots of TV broadcasts. The swimming pool is moderately large and clean. Peaceful hotel location. Overall satisfied and will come again.

Fourth time staying here. Everything is ok, the kids like to bathe in the pool and the pool will be closed for about two months from 10th July, so maybe we will come again in October.

Comfortable rooms, dining facilities are also available, there is also a pool for children.

Fast check in. Room was clean, very quiet environment. Worth the pay.

Dirty Air condition, full of dust. Dirty floor, a lot of hairs. Dirty toilet, lot of hairs on the floors. The dusty curtain. Do not impressed.
