Old hotel, the room furniture is old and bad. But for a low budget it's okay. Please Seri Malaysia do something.

Staff ok and best clean hotel.

This is the only hotel that is ok and had to stay as well.

The room is not satisfactory. Only one plug can be used, the TV plug. Very low water pressure in the bathroom and air conditioning is not cool. Need to improve over time.

The hotel is so outdated. Old furniture, dirty toilet bowl, no lift/elevator facilities. The shower water pressure is so low and limited parking, no wifi and not sound proof. You can hear people walking and talking outside of your room. The price is not reasonable at all. This kind of services should be charge less than MYR80. Luckily this hotel do serve nice and tasty breakfast even very limited choices.

nice location but some of the equipment was missing i.e. fridge.

lousy hotel, room no air cond. (out of order) pillow was hard and the worst is they served lousy breakfast.

A long journey, plenty of food & more over the hotel x free in-room fridge, aircond x taste, skra's sound tv lost.

I think breakfast spread was ok for the price, the other part really need to improve especially your staff. When we arrive our room still not yet ready even we arrived at 9pm! Keys were given to unready room, we called the front desk many times but they keep on saying that the room is ready without even coming & check it himself! self service kind a hotel but very limited facility. the area is hilly & no lift is available or even bell boy to help us carry our luggage (our room was on the 3rd floor). suitable for backpackers maybe but price quite steep for backpackers. Oh btw the ready room looks quite dirty too..I am not sure if they change the sheets or pillow cases.

The water drainage in the toilet is blocked, the carpet is not clean, the water pressure is low and there is no lift. The hotel needs major refurbishment and renovation to enhance customer satisfaction.

Electricity (plaque) facilities do not work.

The environment is not satisfactory, the smell is not pleasant.

Hello. A few comments and suggestions. Please improve customer service at the hotel counter, not user friendly. All questions are not warmly welcomed. Place a staff at a qualified counter with relevant information around your cell. Please specify mobile phone usage at the main counter is not authorized by staff. In the main lobby there is a stink (cat shit). The aircondition in the room is very unsatisfying (not cold). Try the idea of having street lamps facing room 115 turned off every night or any other ideas to avoid disturbing visitors to room 115 at night. The lighting was too close to the mirror of the room. Hope the Malaysian Seri Temerloh takes this matter seriously.

Rooms are provided in perfect condition. Located at the end of the block and has no outside view. Aircon does not function fully with only one way. Shower is not strong. Breakfast replaced with a vegetarian meal is not provided and money is not returned. There are no break-even privileges for hotel customers.

Breakfast is only 1 ... booking for 2 people.
