It was amazing stay , all Staff were very helpful and very kind , the location is very convenient , connected to shopping mall , excellent services , the breakfast has too many options and very delicious food , very clean , very nice hotel , i highly recommend it .

Dealing with Raffles Istanbul was such a pleasure from start to end. We had issues with our credit card which we used to make the booking and Esin from the hotel contacted me and helped to resolve my issues. She then helped to arrange for the meeting room which you can book when you book a club suite. Overall beautiful hotel and helpful staff

All was excellent

We had the most amazing experience for our stay which was sadly only one night. On check in we were given an upgrade to the most beautiful suite with a bathroom view to die for. Ozkan at reception was so charming and nothing was too much trouble, including a late check out the next day. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and our dinner at Izikyol delicious, accompanied by fantastic Turkish white wine. We must also thank so much one of the gentlemen who greet you on arrival who was so helpful with a couple of not so honest taxi drivers! Also thank you to Mete the lovely Concierge who was also so helpful. We will definitely be planning a return visit in the not too distant future.
