Loved the hotel. Lakeview from our balcony was just relaxing. Staff was great; helped with auto parking arrangements and was informative. Our room was outstanding. Room size, as expected, was a little small but the way furniture was laid out—maximized every inch making it easy with luggage! The entire hotel was clean and updated. Highly recommend.

Would have loved to see better and bigger towels. Otherwise, this hotel is wonderful!

On the noisy side

I loved this hotel - it’s on the lake and near one of the main stages of the Ascona jazz festival, which I attended. The bedding was so soft and comfortable! Staff were very helpful and friendly. I recommend it and would return.

I took s last minute trip to Ascona and had wonderful luck booking a room overlooking the lake. The room was comfortable, had a petite balcony with a table and two chairs, and the bath was modern. The staff were AMAZING and Friendly. The food was delightful. Bteakfast was a typical European buffet, and eggs and bacon could be made to request. I will definitely return to this lovely hotel.

While this is waterfront Ascona with restaurants below and over by the water it was very quiet and comfortable with double glazed windows. Very good value.

We were more than happy when we arrived - the hotel was clean and comfortable with delicious breakfasts, the area around the hotel was great, we were within a short walk of the town, and the views were spectacular. Hard to imagine anything that could have been better.

Nice room with incredible views. Staff is friendly and helpful at reception and in the restaurant. As others have said, not easy to find the hotel parking area, but very close to hotel.

Finding the access by car to the property is nearly impossible. Once there everything HB is good

Stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. Hotel has a great location and we opted for a room with a lake view. It was worth it. Breakfast was super delicious and personnel very friendly.

This hotel is perfect. Perfect location, very good service, the food at the restaurant was really good and the bed was very comfortable.

Warm welcome, clean room and a great breakfast. However, at 5.58am they started vacuuming, bringing out the sunshade and taking deliveries. I don’t mind 7am but not before!

great location, with a small balcony and excellent food. We would have prefered a room with only one bed and on a higher floor, but this was a detail.
