Lovely spacious apartment, friendly and helpful staff. Apartments in a nice quiet location with an easy walk or bus ride to bars and restaurants. Lovely Beach close by.

An excellent place to stay. All of the staff were very helpful, the apartment was spacious and clean, the swimming pool and surrounding area was well maintained, food and drinks were available and my experience there was delightful. Friendliness is the order of the day there and I would fully recommend DebbeiXenia to any traveller wishing to spend a carefree holiday in Cyprus.

A lovely family run apartment block with very attentive and helpful staff. They met all our needs with pleasure and were extremely friendly. The rooms are basic but extremely clean and beds were comfortable.

Check in was seamless and the staff were great!

A very enjoyable stay at Debbie Xenia from the minute we walked thru the entrance door they couldn’t do enough for us and will definitely be returning next year thank you .

The studio apartment was very spacious with extra touches that made it very comfortable. The place is situated where it is very peaceful. The air con is really effective . The staff are fab. The pool area is lovely. Just some feedback for consideration. Mugs and tea towels in the kitchen would be helpful. Appreciate work is ongoing before the high season - so tightening the straps on the base of the lounge chairs would be helpful to include and sorting the humming noise that is seemingly coming from the lift when its breezy.

Location excellent with a lovely small beach 5 minutes walk away.Plenty to do nearby and Protaras only 7-8 minutes away by taxi.Family run hotel and staff really friendly and helpful.

Lovely spacious rooms. A little dated and couldn't be classed as luxurious. Ideal as a self catering base but not for those looking for a"hotel" experience. Our room was bright, clean and reasonably comfortable and the staff always helpful an dfriendly.

Everything was terrible... Dirty and old... I couldn' t touch the bed and the sheets.., Never - never again..

Hotel very good, within walking distance to great beach, Good location as you have all you need around you, shops, pubs, restaurant's etc.. Would go again.

An OK hotel for an overnight Stay. I would've given a better rating for comfort if it weren't for the awful/unacceptable noise coming from the family staying in the nearby room.

I stayed in this hotel just for one night so I cannot have a complete review. The staff at the reception was very friendly and polite. The hotel location is excellent as it is very close to bars, cafes, restaurants and of course very close to the beach. The room was big and comfortable but I think requires renovation because the buildings are old. Overall, my stay at this apartment was good. This is a simple hotel that provides only the basics and I recommend it for just 1-2 nights stay.

cheap and cheerfull, needed a night out and ideal to stay. basic but clean rooms

Stayed for one week. Apartment was clean and spacious. Good view from the balcony. Didn't eat there as there was plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hired a car online. Will stick with hiring whe we get to hotel in future. Much cheaper and fewer 'hidden' charges. Looking forward to going again.
