Not walkable and far from the city

pésimo manejo del check in por parte del staff. Pésimo servicio en restaurante, lento en exceso

Everything was great. I felt safe and comfortable Breakfast buffet and all food was great. Lots of employees all made the stay great.

Our normal location when traveling for business

Nos gustó Mucho el Hotel, nuestra habitación, muy limpia, moderna y agradable. El restaurant tiene el desayuno incluido y todo estaba delicioso. Un buen buffet y excelente servicio de los meseros. Lo único es que el agua de la alberca se veía un poco turbia. Aún así la disfrutamos junto con todas las instalaciones.

Estuvo en general bien, solo que algo lleno en el desayuno, pero en general estuvo bien

Pedí cuarto comunicado xq viajé con bebés y no me lo dieron y el restaurante no tiene menú de niños ni platillos que puedan comer

Excellent locarion

Good

The room was to noisy because there was no insulation in the walls. We asked to get moved to a different room. They accepted but still gave us another room right Next to the elevator on a different floor. For the price is not worth it.

Great place to stay. Lot's of amenities and restaurants nearby

La alberca techada se llena de gente local, y no la disfrutas tanto, sugiero ir entre semana, la ubicación está bien y el desayuno rico.

The service in general was very good and the staff very polite and always willing to help.

Room was dirty, it looked like no one has cleaned it in a long time, there were nails under the desk

Safe and clean

Overall the property is fine I did not like the open room concept. No drawers for example. Also, even if you put the no disturb sign, housekeeping gets into your room.

We love how new it feels and also the breakfast is pretty full meal.

The hotel is a good no thrills Ramada. Its great for a couple of days, I was here for 10 days, for that amount of time other places could be better.
