Great location with friendly staff. Good views from 8th floor, Hamburg is a fine city!

Location was not suitable for the sightseeing we wanted to see

The worst service i ever got. We didnt get the room, we have payed for at the first time, and had to change rooms after a long trip. That is what it is, but the reception was not kindly, when i asked for possibles to pay ekstra and get a bigger room. His answear to me was "we are a business hotel, not a hotel to couples". Well thank you for telling me that. If you choose to take the hotel because of the charghing points, dont. These are not working, and charghing you 90euro, without getting anything. The breakfast was the cheapest i ever seen. VERY small like 4 hot dishes and thats it. But the stap need to learn service.

Working in the Messe, this hotel was very convenient with only a short walk through a beautiful park to reach the Halls. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast had a good and varied selection of hot and cold food. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

My room was quiet and comfortable, although a little worn. The breakfast room was too crowded and the breakfast was mediocre.

Nice hotel located next to planten un blumen park. We had a room on 11 floor with a great view over the park. Breakfast was ok but not more than that. There is no room where you Can sit with friends without buying anything. Staff was friendly and tried to explain themselves in english.

One member of staff at reception on the day was rude!!!! I don’t think she should be front of house.. EVER.. Didn’t catch her name, the rest of the staff super friendly, nice hotel.

It was an accaptavle place to stay

When something happened at home they wouldn't even let me cancel the last night

Overall an pleasent stay, but they forgot bath towels in our room. We didn’t bother to inform them as we only stayed for one night.

Great location or the things we wanted to see and do.

Would of been nice to have kettle in the room ..but over all it was very good location great park next to hotel for lovely walks lots of nice greeen space .hotel clean peaceful sleep bed nice

The only things I missed was a kettle and some tea in the room, and some more options for buying snacks in the evening. Since options immediately outside the hotel are limited, I would have appreciated having more in-house.

Great room with a beautiful view over the park and city. A bit disapporting that there was no minibar in the room, it was in the discription of the room when we booked it

Great except when smokers puffed right by a ventilation intake and my eyes burned with the smell of cigarettes! Otherwise loved it
