We had a great view of the ocean

Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony, slept with the doors open to listen to the ocean waves every night. The pool was very refreshing.

Lovely hotel, superb and very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. The views from the room and the pool were amazing. Restaurant was excellent.

Hotel lovely, staff friendly, actual room small. You get an email about a one hour booking for the pool but that’s just to guarantee a sunbed, you can go for longer and take a chance a sunbed is free or just use the pool itself. There always seemed to be sunbeds free so it wasn’t a problem.

Great hotel, amazing location.

The room was small and the bathroom was dirty with broken parts. The parking was terrible and only one dining option. The price for breakfast was very expensive.

Superb location and views

Great location overlooking the beach, superb view of fireworks. Lovely coastal walks. Hotel is nice and most staff went out of their way to be helpful but a few were unwelcoming. Hotel pool was always full with no sun loungers available but it was July.

Wonderful staff, accomodated a wine bucket, glasses, & cork screw for our room for the Rioja we picked up the day before. They stored our luggage while we walked along the beach promanade after checkout. The parking under the hotel is very convenient. Breakfast was wonderful!

Great location and superb view of the Bay of Santander from the sea view rooms. Interior looking a bit untidy in places and breakfast room wasn’t great. Deposits needed for everything like pool towels, in room safe etc etc.

A nice hotel in a great location

The hotel has a lovely infinity pool overlooking the sea, it lacks a pool bar area as there is nowhere to get a drink when you are sunbathing. Service in the evening for drinks was a bit slow but the staff are pleasant & it’s good value for money. Didn’t have breakfast or dinner but ate at a locally instead. Excellent value for money.

Very good hotel clean throughout, staff friendly and very approachable. Ideal location if your waiting for the ferry.

Really nice area with supermarkets, restaurants and beaches but is a little bit of a walk/bus ride into the city. The balcony had stunning views. Bathroom was a little run down and the pool opening hours weren’t the best didn’t open till 11am. Overall a really good stay and the staff great.

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful. The hotel very clean and welcoming. Good place to stay if you're waiting for the ferry back to England. Only a short drive to the ferry port.
