I had to wait 5-7 minutes after I walked in for check-in, the customer service rep at the front was on phone. He saw me walk in, did not even bother to say hi or give me a moment, he was on phone the entire time. A couple eye-contacts happened but still no greeting, incredibly rude. He also proceeded to give me room keys while being on phone, this was honestly the most terrible experience I have had ever at any hotel. We checked in pretty late, so slept in the bed only to find out the next morning the sheets had blood on them. I noticed when I woke up in the morning and got out of bed immediately and checked out. I also took pictures. I will never be coming back.
