The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, family-like, fun, facilitated with airport shuttle and visits to famous places. Very impressive & one day visit again, will still choose this hotel. Very good

it's a very good place to stay in Brunei, the staff very helpful. And they have free airport transfer service.

Everything is perfect. Helpful staff. Nice cats. Nice vending machine to grab snack. Water dispenser available so drinking water is not a problem. Thank God for that, since convenience store is not really a thing in Brunei, I guess. Had ironing board in the room. Sofa. Comfy bed. Before booking the room, I read one review that said the bed is hard. For me, it's still okay. Surely that reviewer expect water bed, so just know that this is not a water bed, it's not like 5-stars hotel bed. But it's still very comfortable to sleep in. I didnot wake up with a backache, at least.

Kind staffs, free shuttle to airport

Hotel location is excellent! Nearby everything I want to see. You can just walk around by yourself. They even provide free shuttle from/to airport for free and go an extra length by giving free shuttle to show you around Brunei! Staff services was the greatest especially Boy! He is the sweetest driver with top notch friendliness. The enthusiasm & positive energy really give us a pleasant experience in Brunei. You could see his passion and love of his job. The greatest person. Would definitely stay here again if I come back 👍🏻.

The staff was very friendly, hotel provide pick up and deliver service definitely is one of the most important point I choose to stay here. The Driver Boy who bring us to night market was very humorous. The location of hotel just nearby to many travel spots, can get a city tours by just walking around. Cons: the room air conditioner not cold at all even set at 18°C

Room are clean and spacious, apart from coffee and tea they also have hair dryer and iron in the room. The hotel also offer free shuttle to and from the airport and all Brunei's point of interest. The shuttle was a great help, because you can't hail taxi in the street in Brunei. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, they also help us arrange a Dart Ride to other area not covered by the shuttle. Dart was Brunei's ride hailing app, and unfortunately we (tourists) can't register due to some system difficulties. It's better and cheaper than taxi. Thank you to the hotel staffs for the hospitality, and arranging our transport while we were there.

The right choice if visiting Brunei. There is a shuttle bus available to go to tourist attractions and the airport. This shuttle bus is very helpful because in Brunei it is rather difficult to find public transportation. The breakfast is also not bad.

The advantages of this hotel besides being close to the city center, this hotel also provides free shuttles to and from the airport and free shuttles to tourist attractions. Very easy. We just have to call the receptionist to book an hour before leaving. Prayer mats are provided.

Very comfortable and clean. Ample parking space. Breakfast provided, the foods were tasty. Walking distance to shops nearby, but not many shops to visit, hard to find local restaurant only mamak restaurants available, hard to find convenience store as well.

My stay was superb. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I booked the king deluxe room. The room was spacious. So worth it. The best is the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to and fro airport and many selected tourist locations. I highly recommend this hotel. Getting aroybd brunei using public transport is so hard, so the free shuttle serviced is so useful and very convenient.

Nice foods and services. Hospitality and helpful staff. Quiet good and comfortable rooms. And the free shuttle that will ready to take you everywhere tourist destination in Bandar Seri Begawan except for Jerudong will cost BN$ 15-30.

Booked a room for 3 days but extended our stay for another 2 days and it was a pleasant experience overall. The management and staff was responsive and courteous. Got a room upgrade at a very very reasonable rate, considering this is at a strategic area. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable 🙏🏼😊

To Brunei, you must stay here. Airport hotel airport shuttle, shuttle bus guaranteed. Will not be confused again the cost of a taxi / bus. Everything has been very well taken care of from The Capital team. The spacious room has a lounge, dining room, kitchen, a complete laundry place. Tasty breakfast. Excellent hospitality, nice staff, affordable, free shuttle service from / to airport and around city, strategic location (walking distance to the main attraction, around 5-15 minutes). Perfect place to stay at Bandar Seri Begawan.

Staying in this hotel made my holiday a very relaxing and fun experience. The staffs were very hospitable and respectful, thus showing that Bruneians are so friendly, calm and peaceful. They also upgraded my room from Deluxe to Junior Suite which pleased me even more. Their shuttle service is excellent. They made it easier for the guest to go around the city. I would stay here again if I will have the chance to visit Brunei again and definitely would recommend to all of my friends. Overall, perfect stay! :)
