Nice view of lake

Hotel is right on Lake Huron. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was great. The building is quite dated but was clean. Beds were comfortable.

They are cat friendly. The room was huge and plenty of room. The hotel staff all new Bailey. They all stopped to say hi everyday. He loved to sit in the window. There was a window that we were able to open. The property is beautiful. Clean well kept. Breakfast was fabulous. Each day they did rotate things sonit was not all the same. Must stay!

The property is fine my only complaint is the rates charged on car show weekend

24 Hour Front Desk with coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Very nice breakfast. Best view of the lake.

It's clean but old. Needs updating. I booked it for the waterfront but there was bird poop everywhere. You could not get in the water. I would not have booked it if I new that.

Lake front view. Staff very helpful, good breakfast. I had to switch rooms. First room phone did not work, window had lots of bugs on the seal. Picture of hotel did not correspond to actual accommodations. No bar soap, or lotion. Windows need updating. Amt paid was not worth it.

One of the outlets wasn’t working, so we couldn’t use one of the lamps and the room tended to be pretty dark. Other than that, everything else was great.

Beautiful view! Property could use some work but it was more than good. Served its purpose. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to others. Perfect. 👍

Nice place. The two queen room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Friendly staff, with treats for my dog at the front desk. The only mild complaint I have is the coffee. It was watered down and awful. That said, we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice place to stay. Not much going on in the direct area, but plenty to do around there. Staff was very friendly, great breakfast and most of all pets allowed 🐾

You can tell that they quickly are remodeling rooms. With paint missing off the walls, random holes in the bathroom walls, toilet that kept running even when tank was full, and beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Would probably never stay here again.

Great area with a lovely private beach and sitting area on the water. Great breakfast and snack area in the morning. Friendly staff. My only complaint is they had the maid come in while we were our sight seeing and we came back to our stuff being moved around. I wish I would have known they would be doing that because we had valuables and other things laying around that we would have put away.

The pictures online are very misleading. There is a nice outdoor area near the beach, however the geese overtake it and their poop is EVERYWHERE. It’s nearly impossible to walk around outside. Not to mention the amount of noise you will hear from the hallway or someone above you at all hours. People ran around late at night and it was very hard to get any sleep. The walls are paper thin!! The beds are also not very comfortable. It was a disappointing stay for our first time in the area.

The hotel is in desperate need of some TLC. The room was clean so no complaints there, but it is very outdated & in poor condition in general. Staff working the front desk & breakfast were both very friendly & helpful. The staff was the best part of the stay. No elevators either.
