Excellent customer service. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean. They have everything you need around the area. You have stores places to eat very humble but the hotel and the food in the morning close to the hotel is amazing if they make you feel comfortable and safe.

Rooms need more improvement and water heaters

The shower's hot and cold water functionality is currently experiencing issues. Furthermore, we were subjected to excessive noise throughout the night, comparable to an alarm, which significantly disrupted our sleep. We also noted some unusual practices regarding room cleanliness; specifically, towels are only replaced if left on the floor, and bed linens are only changed if a designated sign is displayed.

Yes and yes and yes it's way over price for the value of the stay breakfast was very simple orange juice was water flavored kol and just nasty just not I got my charger they wouldn't leand me one just for a few hours even if I had to use it the lobby will not recommend this place

Bed was very small and not comfortable at all. Pillows did not have pillow cases. It was value priced, probably will not stay again though.

Water from shower had a low pressure
