Hotel rooms dated but very clean, comfy beds (hard mattress and good pillows) Pool area needs a little attention, just needs a clean of the beds and grills of the pool. Staff very attentive, and welcoming. New air conditioning, excellent area for all the restaurants / beach/ harbour. Whilst we stayed there was a group of international boys who shouted to each other across the small pool, spat on the floor often and played football /volley ball across the pool with no consideration to other guests. This is not the hotels fault just them. Majority of guests polite and there for a chill time. Mostly international families and couples

Great staff , friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and cleaned daily. A little old fashioned but this made it quirky. I would come back.

Staff friendly and helpful. Good sized pool. Good location 5 to 10 minute walk to main bars, restaurants and harbour/old town. Close to beach 5 minutes walk. Good size rooms with two balconies one overlooking pool but no sea view. Cleaned everyday. Only negative was air con not working in lounge area bit hit and miss in bedroom was reported but as end of season not fixed whilst there but didn't detract from overall pleasant stay and would return.

We loved this hotel! It is stylish and clean with a beautiful lobby, indoor/outdoor bar, big pool and spacious rooms. The hosts’ spirit of hospitality is fantastic! They gave us great tips and directions for enjoying our time in Kos. Quiet neighborhood with excellent restaurant choices. All around fantastic stay!

I've never been to a hotel that questions you and asks to see your room key everytime that you walk in. Not impressed. The wifi didnt work in our room so we had to go out in the hallway to use it. Overall not impressed with pavlos. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Die Unterkunft war recht gut. Das Zimmer groß mit Küchenzeile, Bad und kleinem Balkon. Die Einrichtung eher einfach und alt. Der Pool liegt vormittags im Schatten und das Wasser ist durch Frischzufuhr sehr kalt. Unser Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut durch Verkehr und nächtliche Straßenbummler. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab jeden 2. Tag frische Handtücher und Laken. Die Wanne war nicht seniorengerecht. Hoher Einstieg. Keine Haltegriffe. Die Küche äußerst spärlich mit Geschirr, Besteck und Utensilien ausgestattet. Es fehlten zudem Putzmittel. Im Ganzen ist es für einen längeren, erholsamen Auenthalt eher nicht geeignet.

Friendly staff, situated central in Kos Town and close to harbor

Ligging vlakbij centrum, toch redelijk rustig, alleen wat verkeer laat op de avond. Prima kamer met keuken en balkon

По прибытии отель не нашёл для нас номер и поселил в соседнем здании апартаментов на три дня из наших 7 дней пребывания на Косе. Условия соседних апартаментов были лучше чем в отеле Pavlos. Отлично работали кондиционеры, круглосуточно была горячая вода, отличный интернет без ограничения, всего этого мы в результате лишились переехав через обещанные 3 дня в Pavlos. Отель ужасно шумный, с одной стороны дорога, с другой бассейн. Утюга нет. Горячей воды вечером и рано утром тоже нет. Ужаснейший выход в интернет. Если повезёт-выйдите. Для доступа выдают чек со сложным паролем и логином. Шумоизоляция самого номера тоже плохая. Ужасно то, что в одной из комнат не работал кондиционер и на просьбу его отремонтировать так никто и не пришёл. От жары мучались.

Eenvoudig appartement met centrale ligging. Vriendelijk personeel, maar ben alleen genept met het huren van de airco. Moest € 50,- voor 5 nachten betalen, terwijl familie hetzelfde bedrag voor 10 dagen betaalde. Toen ik vroeg hoe dit kon, kreeg ik heel verhaal, maar dat sloeg nergens op. Mijn vraag werd niet op prijs gesteld en met werd boos/geïrriteerd. Heb een klein bedrag teruggekregen. Ging mij niet om die paar centen, maar het principe.

El hotel está bien ubicado, la habitación limpia, muy amplia y confortable. La wifi no es muy buena, y el desayuno no estuvo disponible por falta de personal

Huonetiedoissa luvataan mm. wifi ja tv/satelliittikanavat, joita ei kuitenkaan todellisuudessa ole. TV ei muutenkaan sitä käynnistäessä toiminut, ainoastaan rätisi ja savusi. Wifi ei toiminut myöskään missään. Henkilökunnalla/omistajalla ei ole mitään kiinnostusta asioita korjata, ainoastaan välttelivät meitä, kun olimme puutteista huomauttaneet. Sama toistui myös vuosi sitten.
