We stayed there for transit only, the room was not very spacious, but the room was clean, suitable for travelers who want to transit but at a low price.

If I go to KL, I want to go there again, it's so much fun.

I've stayed there several times, I like it because the hotel is strategic.

Clean, friendly staff, great food. I will come back here next time.

The photo above shows the hotel's easy access due to its integration with the KTM LRT MRL, etc. So far, the service is excellent, we can safely store our suitcases after checking out.

It was a pleasure staying at the Metro hotel because of the friendly service and proximity to KL Sentral and many food vendors in the surrounding area.

It's near Nu Sentral and breakfast from ABC Bistro Cafe is good, it's also near Nasi Kandar stall. Overall, I have a good experience. The family room for 3 people is also quite spacious.

Hopefully the staff will not forget to provide proof of receipt for DEPOSIT payments so that things will be better and there will be no misunderstandings.

The environment outside is very crowded so it's easy to find food.

The room is clean. The location is very strategic. The bathroom also works fine. The only problem was I got a room above the restaurant. So when they cook/fry/grill something below, the oily smell and fog passed through the window and made the room smelly and oily even with the window closed. Apparently the window didn’t shut properly. So I have to stuffed it with towel and shades.

The staff is not very friendly and not very professional. I have asked them to upgrade my room card so that I can enter, but when I went out and came back in, the room door wouldn't open. I was tired from outside and my child wanted to go to the toilet quickly. I have paid a deposit + tax but there is no receipt so I am not considered to have paid.
