The service at the restaurant is amazing

Property is nice and big, service is amazing but the rooms are terrible, old, ugly, very bad conditions, they need an upgrade, it's a nice hotel but I won;t come back because the rooms and the noise, we couldn't sleep, you can hear people, cars, etc.

Carpet was not in good condition. Room smell was not very pleasant. Outside amenities were very good nevertheless. Bed was comfortable.

This hotel has the potential to be a 5-star experience, but unfortunately it needs much better attention to maintenance and overall upkeep. I reserved three rooms for my family and me while we attended a wedding. Starting with my room, the bathroom was missing part of the shower tile—it was not simply unpainted, but visibly incomplete. The bathroom also lacked proper ventilation, the mirror appeared old and worn, and the room had a noticeable humid smell upon entering. In the second room, the shower drain was clogged. We reported the issue on the day we arrived, but it was never addressed during our stay. Additionally, the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, and because of the flooding from the clogged shower, we had to use our own towels to dry the floor. To add to the frustration, the room keys repeatedly became demagnetized. We had to return to the front desk multiple times to have them reactivated, which was inconvenient and disruptive. Overall, the property has great potential and could offer a much better experience with improved maintenance and more responsive service.

The room was dirty we changed 3 times different rooms all with serious problems. It was old and dirty. Sheets and beds need to be replaced. All the rooms need to be remodled

The place is very well located, and the common areas are very nice. The rooms are fine, but the bathrooms are too old. The management needs to pay attention to these details. I wish I can attach some photos of the room, which is fine and has new furniture, but when it comes to the bathroom, it hasn’t been cared for in decades. The door is deteriorated, the sink and shower handles are from the '90s, as is the showerhead. Another important aspect is that the floor had accumulated dust, and when walking in socks, they turned BLACK. The low quality of cleaning can be seen on the lamps above the bed, where dust accumulation is noticeable, which caused me serious problems with my dust allergies at night.

El hotel es bonito, los patios y la piscina están muy bien al igual que el restaurante. Las habitaciones se notan descuidadas y las camas están muy viejas, el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación goteaba mucho y era imposible usarlo.

La experiencia fue terrible, pues en el check in no estaba la habiatacion lista y tuve que dejar el equipaje en resguardo y cuando volvi en la noche no habia agua y un grupo como de 30 personas en recepcion protestando y filamdo para las redes sosciales, solo daban excusas y no soluciones, quise cancelar y me dijeron que no se podia porque lo compre en expedia, miles de mosquitos, mucho ruido por un concierto de rock, la habitacion muy sucia, pedi cambio y no habia disponibilidad, al otro dia me dieron otra habitacion por la noche y no habia toallas, ni kleenex, el recipiente de jabon y shampoo vacios y tardaron mucho tiempo en llevar las toallas y kleenex , finalmente termino al terrible experiencia. Pedi una factura fiscal por las dos noches de estadia y no quisieron emitirla porque la habia yo prepagado por expedia y no podian hacerlo, como el gasto fue por negocios ademas de justificarlo, debo hacerlo fiscal por el tema de impuestos,solicito su apoyo. Recomiendo no utilizar los servicios de este hotel, que lastima porque no esta mal la propiedad. Me hospedé recientemente en el Hotel Real de Minas y la experiencia fue bastante buena en general. Es un lugar agradable, bien ubicado y con un ambiente tranquilo, ideal si lo que buscas es descansar o tener una estancia cómoda mientras conoces la ciudad. Las habitaciones están limpias y tienen lo necesario para una estancia confortable. El personal fue amable durante toda la visita, y aunque no todo fue perfecto, cualquier detalle menor fue atendido con buena disposición. Las áreas comunes están bien cuidadas, y en general se percibe un buen nivel de mantenimiento. Me gustó especialmente el jardín y la zona de alberca, que ayudan a relajarte un poco después de un día de actividades. En resumen, es un buen hotel que cumple lo que promete. Volvería sin duda.
