La experiencia fue terrible, pues en el check in no estaba la habiatacion lista y tuve que dejar el equipaje en resguardo y cuando volvi en la noche no habia agua y un grupo como de 30 personas en recepcion protestando y filamdo para las redes sosciales, solo daban excusas y no soluciones, quise cancelar y me dijeron que no se podia porque lo compre en expedia, miles de mosquitos, mucho ruido por un concierto de rock, la habitacion muy sucia, pedi cambio y no habia disponibilidad, al otro dia me dieron otra habitacion por la noche y no habia toallas, ni kleenex, el recipiente de jabon y shampoo vacios y tardaron mucho tiempo en llevar las toallas y kleenex , finalmente termino al terrible experiencia. Pedi una factura fiscal por las dos noches de estadia y no quisieron emitirla porque la habia yo prepagado por expedia y no podian hacerlo, como el gasto fue por negocios ademas de justificarlo, debo hacerlo fiscal por el tema de impuestos,solicito su apoyo. Recomiendo no utilizar los servicios de este hotel, que lastima porque no esta mal la propiedad. Me hospedé recientemente en el Hotel Real de Minas y la experiencia fue bastante buena en general. Es un lugar agradable, bien ubicado y con un ambiente tranquilo, ideal si lo que buscas es descansar o tener una estancia cómoda mientras conoces la ciudad. Las habitaciones están limpias y tienen lo necesario para una estancia confortable. El personal fue amable durante toda la visita, y aunque no todo fue perfecto, cualquier detalle menor fue atendido con buena disposición. Las áreas comunes están bien cuidadas, y en general se percibe un buen nivel de mantenimiento. Me gustó especialmente el jardín y la zona de alberca, que ayudan a relajarte un poco después de un día de actividades. En resumen, es un buen hotel que cumple lo que promete. Volvería sin duda.

Hotel limpio y el buffet estuvo rico. Lo que no nos pareció es las tarjetas de llave para entrar a la habitación, no funcionaron varias veces durante la visita. También, pedimos unas cosas al cuarto una noche, tres veces, y nunca llegó. Aparte de esto, la plancha en nuestra habitación, no funcionó bien. Se apagaba rápido y no le podías controlar la temperatura, entonces quemó una ropa.

Place is clean and staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious with great water pressure when showering. I will definitely stay here again.

El personal es exelente y la limpieza es exelente lo que realmente es terrible es la privacidad. yo rente una junior suite y podia escuchar todo lo q hacian y decian las personas en la habitation siguiente.. eso es algo que tendrian que mejorara

Overall very nice experience but... the hotel's restaurante does not offer a printed menu as an option. For that you can walk to near by VIPS

Staff is not organized, we came for a wedding and they weren’t ready to service us

I was there for a wedding. Rooms are very dated, towels old, lamps in the room were broken, hall going to the room the windows dirty. Room service opens at 7am, i would expect 6am for coffee, food is good. Staff is excellent. 8min away from downtown

The room we were given was old and outdated. Apparently we got the old se ruin of the hotel where rooms have not been updated. Lin of sucks, since we have stayed there plenty of times before, at much better rooms, since we got a great rate we got the worst rooms available

Key will not work so having to go back constantly to reprogram and staff and not very friendly I was traveling with 2 kids website said free rolling bed and I was charge an extra fee for the rolling bed Again I was traveling with kids and family and was given a room next to a group of men partying knocking on my room asking for cigarettes and loud music thru the day and night I asked politely to the staff to change rooms or to ask the party to stop going to my room or turn the music down but they laughed and refused to move my family to another room it was not safe and uncomfortable traveling with two girls and a wife when staff can’t control they’re guest

pésimo servicio a la hora de entregarnos nuestra habitación y nos dieron una habitación que no correspondia a la reservada
