Friendly and polite staff, great service

Every time I go to Garut I always stay here, apart from being comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, although there isn't much variety.

The location is easily accessible and parking is easy. The service is friendly and the rooms are clean. Amenities are quite complete, and most importantly, the water gallons provided make it easy to get drinking water. There's a children's playground next to the reception, and there's a small swimming pool that I haven't tried yet.

Our annual family vacation here was truly memorable. The hotel was comfortable, the air was cool, the food was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. There are also many restaurants and entertainment venues around the hotel. Thanks, FAVE Garut.

The best value for location, walking distance to everything, convenience store, pusat oleh-oleh, cafes and places to hang out, even night life. The bonus is, they have smart TV in the room, Netflix before bed in Hotel is nice to have

Comfortable hotel in the heart of the city center

There was a cockroach in the room. Luckily it was small and only one.

The standard room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with friendly staff. Early check-in was possible, as we arrived just after 1:00 PM and the room was already ready. For food, just across the street, there's Bumi UPI Restaurant.

The ambiance is really nice for resting, the location is a bit inward so it's not noisy and the room is quite clean. The downside is that the check-in process took almost an hour to get the room ready.

The hotel is good, clean, and the atmosphere is comfortable.

I've never failed to stay at Fave many times. I've stayed in various cities, including Bandung, Tasikmalaya, and Garut. This is my second stay, and I've had many meetings there. They're all great.

I upgraded our room from standard to suite 330 to expect great service But once I tried to call to the restaurant I have to call twice cause nobody picked up the phone till I call to the Front Desk staff that we would like to order the food but no body picking up the phone, We had an order about the food Soup Buntut and Calamari and Tahu Balut Garam and mie tektek and fresh orange juice from the room but the staff was not asking anything regarding the order about payment method, doesn’t repeat the order to confirm my order, and I was mentioned the condiments of Soup Buntut that they have to prepare sweet soybean sauce on the side but when the food is came the condiments wasn’t there. I have to call twice to the restaurant till they deliver the right thing to my room. Friendliness of the restaurant staff wasn’t good as I compare with fave hotel in Bandung Jakarta and Jogja, only one lady in the morning came to our table to ask our satisfaction and to fill up the survey on that day.
