No water the last 24 hours so not possible to get a shower…. Too busy in the breakfast area, and too few people to tidy tables …. The key cards did not work several times

Clean room, great facilities and good service with friendly staff. Location was also a highlight, with easy acess to key tourist venues.

Staff was friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out. Room was clean and the shower was very good. The continental breakfast was good and I especially liked the quality of the coffee.

We had a problem with our room because the air conditioning wasn't working. They moved us to a different room the next day, but it was a bad experience. Breakfast could be improved with more options.

Checkin was fine but this hotel needs to enforce some quiet times. The walls are thin as paper. It's 4:30 am and the music is still going in the room next to us.

Very friendly staff. Speaks english. Breakfast was really nice and room was clean. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back.

The property needs renovation. The room I stayed in had no working AC, there was mold in the shower and dirt in some corners of the room.

Overall it is a 3 star hotel. Ideal for those on a budget and comes with free breakfast. The room was okay, spacious but definitely older.

The staff at this hotel is terrible and uncourteous. I will not recommend this hotel god people who likes good service but as far as location is concern. It’s very convenient and close to everything. Hotel should put more pleasing people for their hospitality pisitions.

O Hotel tem boa localização, é bem atendido da recepção é muito bom mas o atendimento do café da manhã é bem fraco, meio antipatico, a limpeza é boa, mas acho que podia ser melhor conservado, o ar condicionado ficou estragado pelos 5 dias da nossa estadia, assim como o ralo do box que estava entupido.
