Lived up to the Holiday Inn standard. Staff was very friendly, the room was extremely clean, it had easy parking in conveniently located to lots of services. Excellent place to stay.

The hotel staff nice and helpful. It was clean except in the room there was a dead roach in the window but other then that the room was clean.

I had a very pleasant stay.

They had to move us from our room to another because the bed had been made but when we turned down the covers, there was hairs all in it.

Small improvements- magnifying mirror in rooms, sanitizing wipes for equipment in fitness room

The property itself was nice and clean, but staff did very little to enforce keeping loud, unruly guests quiet and under control. There were people in the halls well after midnight being loud, banging on doors, and front desk was notified.

Great customer service from the staff and management onsite

The bed and the room are all great. Very comfortable bed and the room are very clean, The breakfast option is good. Can be betters, was out of half and half for coffee. And the juice was out. The two night we were there. Other than that it is good. The front desk staffs are very friendly. The cleaning crews not very friendly.

I have a lot of apprehension with hotels these days. No matter how much i research, most of them are not as clean or quiet or drug free as they claim online. The stay here exceeded my expectations right from the beginning with checkin with the nice staff. As soon as we walked into the room, we were very pleased with how clean everything was and how spacious it was; all of which were true to their online claims. highly recommend!

Somewhat disappointed. We selected this property based on high prior ratings. Breakfast first morning was poor with many items missing and pancake machine out of service. Second elevator out of service during 3 day stay. Room was not cleaned during entire 3 day stay even after asking front desk for assistance.

My partner and I stayed here for one night but we both enjoyed our stay. Check-In was a little slow possibly due to staffing however the process was quick once it was started. Our room was comfortable enough for both of us and the bathroom was clean. Beds were very comfortable. There was a large family reunion happening the same weekend we were there, but overall the hotel was quiet and we didn't have any issues with noise. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for any quick visits.

We switched to this hotel after we arrived at our initial hotel and it was a dump! The property was clean and all the staff we interacted with were nice. The only thing was that our room was not scheduled to be cleaned until way late and by that time we had been gone since early morning and just wanted to come home to a cleaned room. They had a special door hanger to out on the door indicating that you wanted the room cleaned. That was the only issue.

HVAC in our home was out.We have stayed here a number of times before... Would recommend to family and friends.
