I had internationally traveled and was under the impression that my room would atleast come with a refridgerator and microwave. I had purchased the most expensive room available and it did not come with these things. Because my budget was tight and i could not afford the restaurant daily, I actually lost 5 pounds during my stay and didnt eat very well . I was unable to cook like I had hoped to and also keep anything needed to be kept cold. That aside the trip otherwise was seemless, except the washing machine experience was iffy. The staff was nice and although listed as a bilingual facility they are not entirely. But they do try to help if you don't know german . Overall for staying in a country i've never stayed in before I was happy to be in a safe, quiet and otherwise had an exceptional experience. My cousin in the area treated me to a meal at the restaurant in the hotel and it was good. Thank you DoblerGreen for the experience. I just wish i had a refrigerator and a way to feed myself better then only room temperature prepackaged food without purchasing from the restaurant.

We just needed a bed for the night passing through and it was made up for one person. Arrived 6pm Monday evening and the restaurant was closed. Staff were great and soon sorted the room, could have provided a toastie and gave directions to a restaurant 5 minutes away

room was very small/ when suitcase on the floor no room for movement. bathroom small as well. bathroom venta stuck with dirt. room wasnt cleaned though we booked for 2 nights. water bottle- compliment of the hotel, on entry- was- empty. will never come back!

We stayed for two nights, the room was OK,but regretfully the room was not cleaned after the first night!!!! When we checked out after the seconde night and complained, we were told that we should have asked for the room to be cleaned???? Very basic hotel.

On our way back from Italy this hotel is a perfect stop off.Super powerful shower,very clean rooms and a big bonus is hot beverage making facilities in the room.Fantastic buffet breakfast plus underground car park

Exceptional hotel. The staff are first class. The Breakfast is some of the best I have had in a hotel and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

The room was very confortable and quiet. It's not that close to Stuttgart, but we had a car so everything was perfect. Very good breakfast as well.

Nice amenities and comfortable room for our overnight stay. Breakfast was tasty with the standard continental choices. Would definitely stay again.

It was convenient to visit family, walking into Gerlingen and we felt like friends with the entire staff after spending eleven days with them. The daily breakfast offerings were great and plentiful. We enjoyed seeing the sunsets from the bar area and “teaching” the staff to make Bloody Mary cocktails. 😍 The only thing that was upsetting was the constant/daily noise from remodeling. It was disturbing in the awaking time in the morning and when we wanted to take rests in the afternoon. Hopefully they will get it all completed soon. If we get the chance to return to the Stuttgart area again, we will be glad to return to DoblerGreen Hotel.

Good to have underground car park, Fabian on reception was excellent. Nice little touches like tea making facilities in your room and coffee to go in the lobby.

Having read the rather mixed reviews of the hotel, we weren't sure what to expect, but the hotel was a fantastic choice and it far exceeded our expectations. They upgraded our room without us even asking and our room was huge and had a useful kitchen with fridge. We visited in the middle of the heat wave so I asked if we could have a fan in our room and the housekeeping staff provided TWO fans which made sleeping quite comfortable. Thank you to the housekeeping staff for the two fans as they made such a difference! The room and hotel were clean. There is free secure underground parking and the breakfast is fantastic with a very good range of choice. There is also an excellent authentic Italian restaurant attached to the hotel (which is closed on Sundays however) which serves the best pizza (baked in a wood fired oven) at such a reasonable price. The pizzas were amazing! Overall, we couldn't fault the hotel and we would happily stay there again. There is also a very pleasant sitting out area with bean-bag chairs and tables. Sadly for us though, there were always smokers out there so we didn't use the area often. It would be nice to have at least half of the area as a NON -smoking area.

We stayed here for one night only passing down through to Bulgaria. The restaurant was dark with some dim fancy lighting but the staff didn't bother to serve us, We will not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone either. The info said there was a safe but could not find one for love nor money even after asking at reception who assured us there was one but could not find it wherev they said.

Great hotel for tourist or professionals. Well equipped and comfortable rooms. Staff was helpful for my requests. Attached restaurant is good so you can always rely on a good dinner at the end of the day if you do not want to drive around.
