Very convenient location, could walk to the airport. Dinner included, although we went out. They packed us a breakfast for the next day and booked us a taxi with a child seat to our friend's house. There were no options to buy food (apart from chips and lollies) outside of the dinner e.g earlier when we got there. The room was tiny and super hard to fit a cot inside and still be able to move around. There is no lift. The spas and sauna were not on.

The breakfast was great. The hotel is very close to E4 so easy on and off.

Originally booked in for one night but booked a second night on way home as first stay so good. Great location near the airport for overnight stop. Comfortable rooms, friendly smiling staff, great breakfast and evening meal included.

Good service, good enough rooms, near the airport and the city center. Only thing lacking was the gym but there is a good and cheap gym across the street.

A very lovely hotel located in a peaceful and beautiful place. Friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast. Will stay here again when in Umeå.

Jonathan in Reception informed us that dinner was complementary for members and that we could join for free. Naturally we took up the offer!

It is the perfect hotel when the aim with the stay is to have a surgery at the clinic next door. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean room, clean corridors and clean dining room. Delicious breakfast. Situated close to the airport.

Very small rooms, no usefull amenites ( a candle but no shampoo). Room had a nice view. No ventalation, large window for air, however mid-summer 24 hr light leaves the choice of no dsrkness or swelter. Hotel is clean and well maintained but fails on actually getting sleep. For me this is why I stayed here - to sleep.

Fantastic staff. One of best little hotels I stayed in ever! Despite all the snow. Warm and welcoming. Great breakfast. Free coffee and fruit! Omg. Fab. It's not the Excelsior bit it's a fab small hotel.

Spent a pleasant two nights here. Immaculately clean with modern comfortable rooms. Small and friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. Provide free transfer to the airport. Despite proximity to airport the rooms were very quiet and it's has lovely views at the back across a lake. Breakfast and dinner buffet plentiful and very fresh. I would happily stay here again, not grand luxury but a lovely home from home.

A pleasure to stay here after a days driving. Cheap cost but very good value. Staff very fantastic. Room was great. Breakfast was one of the best in Sweden.

The hotel was not bad, but I have had a major problem that I explained.

Frokosten var god og variert. Personalet var vennlige og hjelpsomme. Parkering var enkel og ligger rett utenfor inngangen.

Finnt och lugnt område. Både parkering och middag ingick i priset. Rummet var rent och sängen var bekväm.

Glad överraskad av att middagen var inkluderad och bastun var lyxig.

Bra parkering,samt tillgång till elbilsladdning.
