I did not read from the check-in information from Expedia that reception closed at 22:00, earlier than my arrival time. Due to my non-arrival hotel reception contacted me on my mobile phone and we made arrangements for me to be able to successfully enter the hotel later after reception had closed.

The hotel was in a good location. The rooms were clean and of a good size (family room). The sofa bed was acceptable for a child but Iess so for an adult, as expected. The breakfast was very good, plenty of options in the buffet and one of the staff even offered to make fresh pancakes for the kids, which was very well received. The bowling alley was a great entertainment as well. The small playground with the Årjäng troll just outside the hotell was really nice as well. All the staff were friendly and helpful Overall, very good hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The information on the internet seems not updated. We were expecting for a pool but the receptionist told us that it is closed for 2 months. 😏😏😏 Then the receptionist said she didn't know what's on the internet. On hotels.no the pool picture was one of the first picture you can see. 😌 But good they had bowling. It was quiet fun. Breakfast was ok. Room is also good.

The primary thing going for this hotel is convenience as a stop over between Stockholm and Norway. Stark, cold rooms, small beds, a shower that a child can fit into, not a grown adult. Restaurant was closed, and no ice available. Our room was over the bowling area but, thank God, it shut down at 6 pm. Good breakfast. Close to the small town where there are some good restaurants.

Nice little hotel. Pleasant staff, nice restaurant, but two single beds put together to make one double bed not good.

Very nice hotel that suits travelers between Norway and Sweden

Comfortable and clean hotel for an overnight stay as it is close to the through-fare between Oslo and Stockholm if you want to break the drive. The hotel restaurant has OK food, with some very good meals and more than one beer on tap.

Overnattet kun en natt, men var fornød med alt👍

Sengen var ok, men værelset var lille og møblerne var slidte og beskidte. Væggene og indersiden af døren til toilettet var også snavsede. Vi rejste med en lille hund og havde derfor fået et værelse, hvor det var tilladt at have den med. Men vores rejsefælle uden hund, fik et værelse som til forveksling lignede vores. Udenfor hotellet stod en skraldespand, som var så fyldt at der lå affald på jorden også. Receptionisten var venlig nok, men skulle også passe baren i restauranten, og derinde var der meget ventetid på at stå i kø til drikkevarer og for at betale for maden, som i øvrigt heller ikke var specielt god. Morgenmaden var kedelig.

Veldig god frokost. Hotellet var bedre enn ventet.

It was a nice hotel for staying one night while passing through. It was very warm in the bedroom and we couldn't open the windows so that was not nice. The breakfast was OK, better than expected.
