Such a cute and amazing place to stay and it is in suck a convenient location. Will be staying here the next time I’m in Sweden!

Reasonable price good location.

The hotel couldn't find our booking at first but they went the extra mile and got us registered and even upgraded our room. Very pleased with this stay.

I was in town for my 55 +1 college reunion and when I was in school there, I lived just around the corner from the hotel. It was a very nice stay and with a very friendly and helpful staff. It is very close to the train station, so it was very close to where I had to be. I warmly recommend it.

I didn’t enjoy this hotel. My room was very basic and cold. I tried upping rads but it didn’t work. The reception on my tv wasn’t the best either. Yes this was an old historic hotel but I do think they could do better. Breakfast could certainly have been better too,

We loved our balcony and sleeping with the door open. Lovely hardwood floors and an antique fireplace in our room. Would have liked it if the twin beds did not slide apart.

The staff made me feel very welcome, and were exceptionally helpful towards me. They happily changed my booking for me. Had beer available to buy and provided a free evening meal. On top of that the receptionist was happy to have a conversation with me.... What a nice place.

Conveniently located, classy classic hotel, with full attentiveness from staff. Buffet breakfast is very good. Very good-sized room. And off-street parking!

We got a very warm welcome and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was nice and there was tea coffee and homemade cakes available all day.

Simple hotel directly opposite the train station. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Fantastic service from friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good wi-fi. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Traditionally THE hotel when the Swedish Academy of Detection ("Svenska Deckarakademin") has it autumn meeting in Eskilstuna. Not posh at all, rather simple with a 1950-ish air about it – but clean and comfortable and close to the railway station. Nice personel and quite OK breakfast.

My stay in Eskilstuna was very nice. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional and all spoke perfect English making it easier for me. The breakfasts and dinners supplied were all very good. And I thoroughly recommend being there on national cinnamon bun day (Oct 4th!) The parking garage is tight to get into but very useful, although I imagine competitive for places if not finishing early. WiFi was great all week.

I came to Eskilstuna for a weekend with a friend for a steampunk faire at the Stadsmuseet. The hotel is a great location for both the train station and wandering into town. The breakfast was good and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I would highly recommend it.

Older high end tourist hotel in the city. Free parking was a plus. Elevator small but quaint. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Close to train station.

Nice hotel

Kultigt, gammalt hotell med högt i tak och med mycket välbevarat, t ex en gammal hiss. Trevlig personal, bra frukost, bra sängar och välstädat. Tyvärr var dock inte många av möblerna i samma kultiga, gamla stil, men det är naturligtvis svårt att åstadkomma.
