Perfect for my needs back then. Very easy access to a station.

Nice Location, because very near to Shinmaruku station. Very disappointed, we are asked to check out at 10 am. Although we have requested through appand confirmed yes at checked-in to checkout at 11.30 as we go directly to Narita. We are informed to pay 2.000 Yen per hour for late checkout. I think it is not far, after you said yes and because there will be another guest coming, then we are asked to checkout. FYI check in time is 14.00. Should be enough time to prepare, if your checkout time is 12. Just as common standard of accommodation across the world.Good service, good room, excellent.
