The room was outdated.

Rooms were very clean. Staff were excellent always there to help. Restaurant breakfast was delicious and stuff was excellent. Air condition was working great.

EL HOTEL PRECIO - CALIDAD ES BUENA, MUY BIEN UBICADO LOS CUARTOS LIMPIOS Y EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCION MUY AMABLES, SIN EMBARGO TUVIMOS DOS MALAS EXPERIENCIAS CON EL RESTAURANTE, CUESTION DE HIGIENE Y MANEJO DE LOS ALIMENTOS DESDE ENCONTRAR UN CABELLO EN LA FRUTA HASTA OBSERVAR COMO COLOCABAN LA FRUTA SOBRANTE DE UN PLATO DE UN CLIENTE A OTRO QUE IBAN A SERVIR, TAMBIEN SE LLEVARON UNOS PAPELES DE MI HABITACION CON COPIAS DE IDENTIFICACIONES OFICIALES EN ESTE CASO LA UNICA PERSONA QUE ENTRO FUE LA PERSONA DE LIMPIEZA, LA GERENCIA SE PORTO MUY AMABLE PERO AL NO TENER CAMARAS EN EL ELEVADOR Y LAS OTRAS ESTAN COLOCADAS DONDE NO SE PUEDEN VER TODOS LOS LADOS , NO COMPROBARON QUE YO INGRESE AL HOTEL CON LOS PAPELES , TOTALMENTE DESEPCIONADA DE MI EXPERIENCIA YA QUE FUE SU PALABRA CONTRA LA MIA. NO VUELVO!!

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff but the Breakfast was not that good.

El internet solo sirvió en la habitación el primer día, después no había wifi en la habitación. La habitación tenía un olor extraño, soportable pero incómodo. Tuve que extender un día más y fue muy fácil y mucha amabilidad por parte de todo el personal. Muy buen desayuno y servicio. El gym estaba en remodelación

Cleaning crew went in to my room one morning even though I left the do not disturb door sign. They took my personal towel by accident. They provide super tiny shampoo, body wash and lotion. One star review due to hotel is close to insurgentes metro stop.

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado pero las habitaciones estaban deterioradas. La manilla de la puerta del bano estaba rota, el cubrecama estaba roto, el aire acondionado no funcionaba bien el primer dia, no habian utencilios de cocina.

Servicio EXCELENTE te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa, todo limpio 🙏🙏🙏

The main reason why we keep going back and stay at the Block suites is the helpfulness of the staff, the great and convenient location and the restaurant.

La comida estaba muy rica, la atencion fueron amables, el lugar estaba limpio, facil, accesible ademas la zona muy buena zona, el personal de limpieza muy accesible con las horas, muy respobsable y no hubo ningun robo lo recomiendo bastante el lugar

Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel's location, cleanliness, and customer service. The reason I gave it four stars is that the complimentary breakfast was quite poor. We tried it twice, hoping the first time was just a fluke, but the second experience was even worse. It's a shame because the restaurant area is beautiful. Despite the breakfast issue, I would still highly recommend staying here, just be aware that you won’t be saving money on breakfast.

I had high hopes for this property but it fell below my expectations. To start, I arrived 1.5 hours before 3pm check in and was informed I had to pay $300 MXN in order to be checked in, even though my room was ready. The hotel appeared very empty so not sure why they would charge. Nonetheless I paid. I had a room with a sofa and kitchenette…the issue was that there were no pots or pans to be able to utilize the kitchenette. The room I was given faced another building. If the hotel is nearly empty, why not give me a room facing the street (better view)?! The location of the hotel was good. Breakfast was average. I ordered eggs with ham and only received scrambled eggs. I would’ve sent it back but didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes. Overall, I would say this is not a 3 star hotel. More like 2. Think more like Motel 6 instead of Hampton Inn. (just my honest review, which I rarely give)

The air conditioning worked perfectly. As for the cooking subject, my room type did not have a kitchenette but a microwave and a fridge

Es un hotel 3 estrellas, de habitaciones amplias y comodas. Podria mejorar la atebcion del restaurat porque solo atendían hasta el almuerzo. Esta sobre una avenida, por lo que puede ser un poco ruidoso. A.pear de estos dos elementos no del.todo satisfactorio, es un buen hotel y esta cerca de varios puntos de inyeres turistico. Calidad vs precio= Correcto.

The room was spacious and clean, rhe bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was adecuate but limited to a very few items. The hotel was located very close to restaurants, convenience stores and the area was safe as well. The room's wifi connection was slow and kept disconnecting constantly everyday, making it impossible to watch tv or movies on the available smart TV. There is no soundproofing n the room so I could hear every noise from the street as well as the other rooms above and beside mine.

La ducha no estaba muy caliente

La mejor opción en la CDMX sin duda, extraordinario precio, extraordinaria ubicación, el desayuno está muy bien, con la remodelación quedo excelente, la limpieza increíble, solo que sí hace bastante ruido, es un hotel de negocios y como tal esperan que estés despierto temprano porque sí hay mucho ruido, pero está bien porque así aprovechas el día.

The room is clean but small, lots of noise from the elevator and service door all night, the location is amazing and staff is friendly and fast
