The indoor pool was not open and this is the main reason why I booked this place. Also, I left some clothing hanging up in the closet and called right away and informed front desk and I was told my room had not been cleaned yet and they will call me back. I just called after 7 hours of driving and called front desk back and my clothing was not put in the lost and found and they don’t know what happened to it 😡

The property was in a nice location in great location from the airport. Family oriented. Overall accommodation was clean with good breakfast. Road noise was loud.

Tried canceling because date was wrong from 2 weeks ago March 22 stay was great-that was the day not today Trying to get my money refunded and cancel today has been a nightmare Tried all week , never saw anything so hard to do-shame on you hotel and expedia Will never use either again!!!
