Great Location

Hotel is outdated Air Conditioning noise was unbearable, room was very old and there was mold in the bathroom.

I liked the service but disliked the fact the pool was not in service on an extremely hot day. I booked thinking about the pool in mind.

This is a well-placed hotel for families traveling north or south in north-central Mexico. The facilities are always good, the pool and grounds well maintained, and the food and restaurant service are excellent. In addition, the hotel has well watched inside parking. It is also reasonable priced.

La recepción muy mala los pasillos en las recamaras las alcantarillas quebradas dejaban salir un olor pesimo los cuartos necesitan un update nadamas una coneccion electrica en los cuartos y los colchones super duros parecen piedras

I liked that it was clean, nice size pool and friendly staff. Not really any dislikes for that price.

I left my phone in a taxi & was helped by Omar at the counter. Rodolfo at the bar/restaurant was also very nice and attentive, even Juan Carlos, the parking attendant, was helpful providing words of encouragement. The ladies in the morning went through the security cameras and found the taxi number for me. Great effort by everyone!! Thank you. Much appreciated!

The Hotel is immediately off the freeway taken from the airport but that is as fancy as it gets. Nothing special is near the hotel except the Terminal de Autobuses if you choose to take to get to another city. As always there is street food and a few shops but none for the tourist. It is also away from the Centro Histórico which is a disappointment as it is the only thing exciting about San Luis Potosí. Nonetheless is only a 20 minute walk which I did during my stay at Real De Las Mina's. If breakfast was included or some type of meal along with a comfortable room, I would have given the hotel a better score.
