The staff was very friendly. The room first shown was very dirty. The bedsheets had yellow stains. The floor inside was dirty with lots of long black hair. The balkony was inkredible with cigarette rests and some tissues and lot of small stones and dirt. The next room was more clean and we asked for a Safe. The fridge was broken and they had they had to change it. The Pool area was also very dirty and in need of Renovation like the whole Hotel. In the afternoon a lot of lokals come here for swimming so its quite noisy

Price, location, service, room, breakfast, swimming pool are all perfect, most suitable for a holiday in Kupang city... except for the poor quality of the swimming pool water because the smell of lime is too sharp and dirty enough to make your eyes sore and itchy

The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant and clean. The pool is also very safe and fun for children.

I am not satisfied with the service at this hotel. When I asked for an additional towel for swimming, my request was rejected on the grounds that each guest only gets one towel and is not allowed to ask for an additional one, even though the towel that was given was very wet after swimming. I hope that the management can consider the needs of the guests more and improve the quality of service in the future. I regret staying at this hotel.

The hotel was old and very dirty. after 1 forced night we left to the other side. terrible hotel, not recommended! After complaints to Traveloka, 3 out of 7 days were refunded

I have often booked through the Traveloka application for staycations, this is the third time I think. Yesterday I ordered a Deluxe sea view, a bit disappointed, very different from the first time I stayed here, it was much better before. The facilities need to be improved, especially the bed, there is no night light either. Even though the sea view is cool. Too bad the facilities are not very supportive
