Front staff verry nice and helpfull the location is preety good can walk just 5-10 min to China Town KL.

Strategic location, close to Alor/Bukit Bintang, Petaling Street, Masjid Jamek, and Central Market. It's within walking distance. The room is quite small, making it a bit difficult to pray. The bed is a queen size, but the mattress is saggy in the middle, making it uncomfortable. The room and bathroom are quite clean. The hot water is very good. The TV only has three channels. The AC is cold. The wardrobe is quite large. There are no hangers in the bathroom, but luckily we brought our own. The view from our 5th floor room is beautiful, with the view of Menara 118 Malaysia. There is some noise from passing vehicles, but it's not a problem because we can sleep well. Maybe because we're tired from walking all day. There's a hot water kettle and two bottles of drinking water daily. The room is cleaned daily. There's a hairdryer. The front desk is friendly. Deposit for 5 nights is RM50, tax is RM50.

The WiFi is terrible!!!! The room isn't soundproof, so I hear the door opening and closing loudly every night, and it soon breaks.

The air conditioning is cool, there's a kettle for boiling water. You can borrow an umbrella if it rains. It's close to a minimarket and Chinese food restaurant, and close to Pudu Sentral.

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is close to the main road, and it can be accessed anywhere.

Look at the app and the room looks big..but when you arrive..the room is small..so it's not comfortable if you bring children..because the space is small.

I like to stay here, whenever I go to Malaysia I will choose this hotel only. It's cheap, but the room and the service are really nice.

It's quite worth it, although we have to adjust our expectations to the price we pay.

I didn't have high expectations because the price was quite affordable, which meant there were bound to be some drawbacks. So far, access to the center and facilities are pretty good. I suggest the management invest a little in maintenance, such as lighting and bathrooms.
